Very convenient in Wilmington witness saw Walmart, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Lowe’s food store Sam’s Club, and a host of restaurants very good location The manager Tracy is amazing and she has made this place really nice here a year ago and it was not near as in good shit now she was manager for or at least there for six years, but there was a lot going on in Wilmington and there’s a lot bad people say rolling around and she cleaned it up and got it looking great and when I walked in, I was very impressed. Some of them extended says you go to are not near with this walk up every room I was in with spouse and all the maintenance is done so really good job. I’ve been staying at Hilton previous of this and the Hilton had home Garden Inn and none of them were working order complete coffee machine, broken staff not too friendly, etc. etc. here amazing there is a pretty high turnover rate in this business but Tracy I found was here more than not so and she has to drive quite a ways anyway nice lady. I met her year ago and then again when I came in and had a couple of things I needed and took care of it without any problem Probably one of the best managers I’ve ever met so I guess that’s probably because she’s a former marine when you come through thank you for her service VETERANS DAY 2024 Thomas Simpson

Slide cards for the doors are kind of antiquated. They really need to scan cards or even up-to-date more often. Use it off your phone so not touch it but anyway they are faulty all over the building kind of a 10 or 12 drive the back door where I park and other than that, I didn’t find any other issues that is not a maintenance issue. That’s an equipment issue and my suggestion is as a mini hotel owner myself as that she you guys should probably invest in the mobile app door, actuators fantastic products.S

Close to EVERYTHING. Clean on the inside of building, bedroom was clean. I cleaned the bathroom again, out of habit staying in hotels.

That I booked through Booking for a two bed suite and they had gave me one, when I realized it was one, they were trying charge me for the upcharge, but it wasn't happening because I had booked a two. I only stayed two nights, but I had to wait til the second evening to get the dishware and cooking items. They only had a pot available, and I needed a skillet.

The key parts I did not like those teapots when I was outside in the summer they would not open those doors that's what I dislike about that

Bed was big and soft. Room was spacious enough. Wifi was just enough for my conference call. Parking with a lot of trees to hide the car from sun has a direct access to the lobby. Window and AC are controlled by guest, unlike many other places.

Hallway had some strange smell. The entrance to the driveway from the street could've been wider. Hotel is very difficult to find from the street. Hotel name with a huge arrow would help.

They were super accommodating as I had to book in emergency in the middle of the night due to my previous hotel cancelling on me

The shower bath could have been cleaner. Also the water fills up in the bottom of the tub

There were soaps and shampoo bottles, bu they were not waste fully large. I like the kitchen as part of the rooms.

Struggled with wifi. Walls were not soundproof enough. Too much noise from hallway , nearby rooms and outside. Bathroom could have been slightly larger.

Clean, friendly staff and easy to get to. Multiple doors to get to from parking lot to make getting into the building easier.

Was there 2 nights and never received clean towels

Central location, A/C worked extremely well.

The pet fee added $37/night for my emotional support animal even though I had documentation to support my need for him.

It was conveniently located close to downtown for the Wilmington River walk. Room was clean and comfortable with full kitchen for 1 night stay.

The hotel and room were overpriced

The location is good and close to many things in the city. The room is good for the price. I didn't expect more than that. And the employees are nice.
