We loved staying here. Our room was nice and clean. The facility was also very clean. Staff was nice and friendly and made us feel welcome. I really liked the variety of options at breakfast. The good was delicious. My son is a picky eater and he found something he liked. The location was perfect for us to explore the town of Wilmington without having to drive too far.

Our room got really cold on night 2, like 32 degrees, so we had to adjust the heat to make ourselves comfortable. It was an overall good experience.

The location was in a great spot, not too far from anything. The staff was friendly and I wish I could remember the front desk lady name and the gentleman who tried to help us out with our room not having air.

We had to be moved to another room because the air conditioner was not working properly but after informing the staff they showed promptness in handling our situation and moved us to another room, but the new room we were in started out great but then we noticed 2 roaches on the dresser.

Everyone that I spoke to that worked there was so nice and very helpful with getting items we needed along with answering all questions I had about the area!!

There was nothing that we didnt like. It was wonderful!

Super friendly staff

Smoking area was right at an entrance to the hotel. It was very annoying to be forced to walk through that or walk all the way around the building to the other entrance. They need to move the smoking area away from an entrance

Rooms are nice huge windows. Stand up shower is a nice touch. Pool was warm and gets plenty of sun, Breakfast was full of options (hot & cold)

Phones didn’t work in my room Gym didn’t have much variety, was missing half the dumbbells.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I didn't like the fact that it said on the website the pool was going to be open and when we arrived the pool was not open. Could have offered a discount on my stay.

Loud dog that kept barking anytime they heard someone in the hallway Only had 1 wash cloth in the room, called front desk to have someone send up another & they never came. Had to go down 2 hrs later to get it myself The elevator was a tad shaky but understood that they were under renovation

The hotel and the rooms are clean. The hallway and reception smells nice. The rooms are spacious and very tidy. I also liked the breakfast which consists of cheese omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, pastries, bread, cereals, yogurt and beverages. The toiletries are dove products.

The pet fee is 75usd/night non-refundable which is too much! About 15 minutes drive to the beach and 10 mins drive to the riverwalk. The bed is too soft.

I always prefer this location. The location is central to my business needs & it's ALWAYS clean! The staff has always been really pleasant too (Check-in/out, maintenance & janitorial) I've stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years.

I usually get a suite so I didn't discover that the window frame in my room was broken until very late that night- I could hear the wind whipping all night during the storm. I let them know the next morning & the maintenance person went up to fix it so I'm sure it will be fixed before the next person stays! Anytime there has been an issue with a room, it has been addressed right away - the facility is not brand new, it has a little wear & tear.

Beds were so comfortable and the sheets felt like luxury! Great breakfast and great staff.

Had late check out and housekeeping did knock on the door in the morning even with the sign on the handle, but not a huge deal.
