The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The TV and fridge worked. I also liked the small wall in the bathroom, creating separation of the toilet from the sink. The breakfast attendant was very nice and accommodating. The pancake maker did not work but she kept everything else hot and full.

The toilet handle was hard to push, you had to push hard. It also ran constantly. Water accumulated in the tub while taking a shower. One of the light plugs didn't fit, so it could not be used.

Very friendly staff! Very clean and spacious room that was well designed. Many extras you would not expect in an Express hotel: 24-hour coffee in lobby, fitness center, fire pit, breakfast- bacon, eggs &etc. convenient free parking. New or like new refrigerator, microwave and Kerrigan coffee maker. Sliding glass doors on shower. Low to the floor shower entrance. Plenty of towels etc. Very comfortable King bed! Lots of TV channels.

The only thing that could have been better is the heat/ac unit is an outside/inside wall/floor unit and slightly noisy but not bad. It worked well and the thermostat was on the wall.

The host who checked us in was amazing. She did an excellent job taking care of our family and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Additionally, all of the staff and workers were great. My wife personally loved the sweet gesture that housekeeping did for us by folding our 1 year old’s blanket & placing it neatly on the bed. The GM came out and spoke to us and the facilities were very clean. There were a few incidents with spiders but the staff quickly took care of us and made our stay great.

The rooms are hd size including the showers. Updated. They had free happy hour and Donavan played great music. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good . Donovan’s music was the highlight. We wished he was able to play it also at the Patio

Lack of cleaning of the Roos during your stay. We stayed there for 4nights and they did not clean room even when we asked them to clean the room. Towels and carnage outside the rooms are only picked up daily. Hampers for garbage and towels at each floor can help. Shelving for clean towels access at each floor can also help

What I liked the most was the position and the staff. All very friendly. Breakfast was not bad but if you arrive late you have to wait for the girls to refurnish a bit. Just a bit of patience and you’ll be fine. Parking space is really good.

It’s not that I didn’t like something but due to the fact that they lack of staff, our room was never redone during our stay. We’re not mad about it as we understand the struggle but yes definitely need some improvement here. Also another thing we found pretty annoying we’re the kids on our floor making noise and running around till midnight. But that’s the parents fault. I understand the hotel can’t control everything late night.

The reservation by booking.com it's not recognized at the hotel and when I arrive to the hotel at 2 am the price change because the reservation not work so I paid extra so the hotel it's good the way the I did the reservation with booking.com no agree

Upon check in I noticed a strong odor of Marijuana in the lobby. Almost impossible to pin point from where it originated from, but i/we prefer not to have our kids around things of this nature

Staff was excellent helpful and friendly, facility was clean and nice, price was ok still about 30 minutes from beach.

My only issue I had was the bed was to plush, someone like myself with a bad back it was not comfortable. I had to place there firmer pillow behind my back to get relief.

All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a notch above other hotel buffets. It was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. Comfortable bedding, spacious and quiet room.

The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work but other than that everything was good.

Spotless, lovely lobby, easy access. I was most excited about the HEALTHY options for breakfast-turkey sausage & egg white omelettes! I'm a health nut so this was amazing! Thank you.

I would love actual blankets instead of the thin ones provided. Bed was very comfortable though.
