Remembered asking for bathtub and got stand up shower not sure if all rooms have are stand up showers only. Bed comforters not present the bedding is very thin sheet/ like Bed didn’t seem like a queen sized mattress more like a xl full size Stairs steep I feel like a lower level would’ve been more convenient since we listed our children

There were several things that we liked about the property: *The close location to many businesses (there’s a delicious Asian Fusion restaurant right across the parking lot) *Friendly and personable staff who gave us a warm welcome *Wonderful decent size shower with a head that had pretty good pressure (at least to us) *Decent sized kitchenette with a stove and microwave *Ample fridge space with a freezer on top *Access to many apps on the TV like Netflix *The AC was fantastic and a joy to feel when walking in the room after being outside in the scorching summertime *Was all in all pretty clean

Some things we wished were a little different: *Found a few specks of dirt here and there (but was not a lot and didn’t really bother us all that much) *Would of liked a few more blankets on our bed *The bed springs were noisy and creaked with the slightest movement *No complimentary toiletries other than soap (but that was our bad for not really reading all of the policies) *Got a little noisy outside since our neighbors sounded like they were having a party (but they quieted down before it got too late without us having to say anything)

having an actual kitchen, stove top, sink, full fridge, makes a huge difference in a trip, I travel for work constantly and first started staying at hotels with kitchens because of that. Now, I seek them out on personal trips too. This is an inexpensive hotel, simple, nothing fancy, but it had working AC, was pet friendly, had a clean bed and clean shower and a kitchen I could cook in and was 10 minutes from downtown and the river where there’s a million things to do.

I wouldn’t really class this as a problem for me personally as I travel so much and I’m used to it, and it doesn’t particularly bother me, but as this is an extended stay type hotel and a less expensive one there is a lot of people just kind of hanging around outside. Not doing anything bad really but they sort of live there so it’s like the way people hang around their apartment building. Smoking, drinking a beer, talking etc. If that sort of thing bothers you/would make you uncomfortable just be aware.

The convenience of the hotel to food places, shopping centers, and the beach was nice! We were able to be close to the beach without the loud partying crowd near by since we have a young child. The rooms were super clean and we loved the newly remodeled rooms! The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!

I wish there would have been breakfast served on the premises. But the receptionist at the desk was very helpful by suggesting some local places for us to eat! Super yummy by the way! Also we appreciated the mini kitchenette in the room but would have been nice to have maybe a pan and a few dishes so we could cook small meals.

I didn't see any breakfast, only coffee. There are multiple fast-food restaurants and shops within walking distance. There's a nice kitchenette in the updated rooms. Check- in attendant was pleasant, helpful and informative about the area and activities that I was interested in. Thank you! 🌷

There are no cooking utensils and was not informed about this before arrival. Shower didn't have a soap holder. Bed frame was made out of metal and loud whenever hit by your foot because of the size of it. Room door bottom has small gap beneath the bottom which allows sunlight and air in.. Window curtains could be longer. They let in a lot of sunlight from the bottom in the morning.

The motel had been recently remodeled and the room was beautiful the only thing I saw was there was not an electrical outlet by the sink in the kitchenette but other than that it was great

I loved that it had a small cooktop and a good size microwave and an apartment size refrigerator and not one of those tiny little dorm refrigerators

very friendly staff and stay. My puppy loved it my girlfriend loved it. The bathroom and shower and the Kings sweet great best shower head ever

I didn't like the fact that I had to leave I could have stayed there all weekend

The rooms were very clean and it was in a good location.

The parking spaces were VERY narrow. I drive a Nissan Sentra so it's not a big car. We struggled to find a spot where people weren't taking up two spots because they were so small and people not knowing how to park properly.

Cleaned daily. No issues with noise from other guests. Only 3 miles to where we spent most of our time and only about 20 min from Carolina Beach.

Was somewhat frustrated with the near by traffic pattern with no left turn and no U turn at the closest traffic light.

Staff. Husband in bad accident while on vacation and flown 50 miles to hospital in Wilmington. Being 6 hours from home with husband in hospital and 2 dogs was overwhelming. 1

Floor was dirty and slippery. Fell abd hut head on corner of nightsand
