One of the cleaner hotels that I've stayed at lately in this price range. Property is well maintained in general, and tucked away in a great spot, just a few minutes from i40. Very convenient area to get quickly in and out of Wilmington, and a great Mexican restaurant next door. Will definitely stay here again. A great find overall!

Putting additional deposits down on rooms is an annoyance. Hate to see this becoming a standard thing everywhere.

The staff was friendly, the rooms was clean, spacious

The no-smoking policy didn't include marijuana smoking and visitors were allowed to openly smoke in the rooms, hallway, and by the pool. It appeared that the 3rd-floor hall was used as a daycare for possible staff or visiting work crews. Children were running, screaming, and playing ball while we were trying to sleep. The breakfast provided was all sugary items and didn't offer anything but coffee that a diabetic could have.

Great location! Bed was comfortable.

The bathtub was slick and I almost fell taking a shower. Glad the handicap rail was there. Don't know if it was slick from cleaning products or what but definitely a hazard. Breakfast was very skimpy so I had to go elsewhere to eat. The elevator was either not working or being overwhelmed on Sunday when we were leaving so had to take stairs. I could use the exercise but was having back pains so it wasn't a good morning.

The building looked fairly new. My room was comfortable and appeared clean, except for a single cockroach sighting. Evening staff were polite.

The clerk at checkout gave me a surly look. The “breakfast” was minimal, unappetizing. There’s a tin skirt around the beds. It makes quite a racket when hit by your feet. Contact is inevitable when working around the bed. The entry drive to the hotel is a bit confusing.

The breakfast was good and kept well supplied by Robbie, the day shift front desk employee who did so while juggling customers at the desk. He did his job well and kept on top of everything

The only thing that partially ruined my stay was during my third and final night some inconsiderate jerks were smoking marijuana below my room and the stench came through to my room and stunk it up....which was not the fault of the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is there is a sign that clearly states no smoking of any kind and yet I walk out my room on bottom floor and the smell of marijuana hit me straight in the face it’s ridiculous. It’s annoying that literally it’s on the bottom floor how can the front desk not smell that at all. The hotel is not huge so I believe if gonna post about it then it should be held accountable for.

Met my need for a last minute overnight stay. Location was convenient and very close to the university. Room and Bathroom were clean. Breakfast- it was small spread but healthy options, whole grain bread, yogurt, fresh fruit. Seating area was clean and I liked the coffee. Staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased and happy with our room. When we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk with a very lovely lady. The baggage transportation cart was very easy to use. Our room was clean and renovated, and we were very happy with it the room smelled clean and we were provided with plenty of towels. I will be recommending this quality to anyone staying in Wilmington. Thank you for a wonderful day.

The staff was lovely. The room was completely clean and comfortable just what I needed for a place to rest my head and relax in the morning. It was very quiet as well.

Perfect location to stay before or after a flight through Wilmington International Airport! So close and yet we didn't hear any airport noise. Staff members were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was a very convenient addition with lots of choices.
