Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean. I had a King studio suite and it had a little kitchen. It was wonderful to have a fridge, stove top , real coffee maker and microwave. The room was super comfortable with a large screen tv and a comfortable couch with a living room table.

Breakfast was below average. No low- fat milk or oat milk or almond milk. Powdered eggs and not a great selection of fruit. It was fine but nothing really special. Passable with coffee and cereal and some eggs. They did have a waffle machine if you like that.

Everything was fantastic. Super comfortable bed, very spacious. Suite had a full kitchen. Bathroom has lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for everyone to use in the shower. That was awesome. Full hot buffet breakfast for everyone.

Pillows way too soft and the couch was ripped in two places. The scrambled eggs during breakfast were full of pepper. Please don’t put pepper on eggs. Let people decide if they want pepper. Some people can’t eat pepper like me and that ruined my breakfast. I had to eat cold boiled eggs instead. Be a bit mindful next time.

Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, waffles, yogurt, eggs, bagels, muffins etc. The rooms are very spacious.

Room could have been a lot cleaner, dog hair was all over the floor and couch, that was a big deal breaker for me. There was hair still left on the bathroom floor it was not swept and tables were not wiped off in the room. Went and spoke with the front desk about them vacuuming again but it was never done

Room was nice. They were overbooked so my original room was gone so they “upgraded” me to a two bedroom room.

Tried to stay an extra night in same room however they were not accommodating in allowing us to keep the room. We asked in advance and they said “we will let you know” we checked back again and then they tell me room is already booked. They didn’t try to put us in another room so we ended up having to move to another hotel. Extremely disappointed in that and lack of helping to stay. Even asked us where we’re we going and I would tell her. You didn’t try to help us stay so why would I tell you where I found another room. Despite this, will still stay again another time.

Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant offering help every chance we saw them.

The pool was closed due to an incident that happened prior to our trip. The Booking listing did not share that. The staff said their website had the info posted, but we had not checked their website. That was disappointing and a lesson learned.

The family suite was absolutely wonderful. We had plenty of room as well as all accessories needed to accommodate going out to eat. The kitchen had all appliances and the bathroom was phenomenally clean. Even with a drive to the beach instead of walk it was well worth it and I would definitely recommend to all.

I cannot suggest any more nor complain, we were satisfied throughout our entire stay.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The woman at the front desk 3-11pm esp was so kind and friendly. The morning breakfast buffet staff was right on top of everything… nothing went unfilled or unstocked. Very. Clean facilities as well. The other staff we encountered was also friendly & helpful!

Nothing. Honestly, the staff is what really makes our stay and they were exceptional

When we arrived the front desk clerk had the most wonderful personality and informed us that there was free beer and wine in lounge. Free breakfast. Facility was so clean and staff were so friendly. Pets are welcome which was why we chose Staybridge. We will stay in one of their hotels anytime we can now. Luxury at a great rate. .

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice to have the separate sleeping and living areas. Also, the kitchenette was great. Location was close to shopping and attractions but still out of the way and in a quiet neighborhood.

The breakfast offerings were incredibly unappealing and were not indicative of the price paid for our accommodations. The food was at best, adequate. The mini omelettes were particularly bad and tasted of plastic. The cleanliness of the room was very good, however, I did find trash from a previous guest under the dresser in the bedroom and the baseboards in the bathroom could use a scrubbing. The bathroom was also missing tissues.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. We were able to check-in early.

Only thing I suggest is if the room is available for 6 people, then we should have 6 towels and rags
