The hotel is just a few miles from the river front, where my husband and I love to visit. There are 2 restaurants in walking distance and places to shop if needed. The hotel has large rooms with complimentary bodywash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, and they smell amazing! There is an outside pool for the warm days, and the patio has a beautiful seating area with a large firepit. I loved that I could walk in from the patio and order a cocktail at their bar. The lobby seating is huge! Nice comfortable areas with TVs. They also serve complimentary breakfast, which consists of just about anything you'd like. It's one of our favorite spots to stay when we travel to Wilmington, NC.

I can't think of anything we dislike.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The coffee/tea in the room did not have all that it was supposed to. No tea bags. The bed was very hard and difficult to get comfortable in. Not necessarily the hotel's issue, but a couple had a fight in the hallway and were slamming doors and screaming. My daughter and I were worried that they might begin shooting. It kept us up from 1:30-2:30 am

The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Will be staying again. Highly recommend to everyone.

The location is great. Staff great. The hotel is nice. I would book here again, this is my second time here.

No USB ports, beds uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights but found the beds a little uncomfortable.

we were in a hurry when we checked out. Realized we left some cables in the room but had no time to go back, my son had a soccer match. I called and asked them to go to the room and please get them out before housekeeping went in. I said I would call back after the match and come and get them. I called back and they said they had them and we headed back. 2 minutes later they called me and said they’d made a mistake and they actually didn’t have them.

Carpets in hallways stained and elevator was very slow. Breakfast options were mainly processed food

It was just what we hoped for, accommodated us and our dog for a night of our travels from Florida to Maryland. Just off the interstate, a good bed, nice breakfast, pleasant staff and at an affordable price.

Clean facility. Staff helpful giving directions for holiday events in area. Variety of food places short drive. Bathroom clean.

Wasn't as close to Carolina Beach as I thought but it was good location Wilmington downtown area. We enjoyed the 4th of July activities.

such a beautiful clean hotel! ladies at the front very friendly and all employees we encountered welcoming. loved the set up of our room very different relaxing. 405 close to everything too! excellent Japanese steak house Hiro across the street and tactical laser tag battle house down the road at airport pulse beaches all around. just perfect weekend . breakfast was tasty too

i liked everything . only gripe: bed bit to firm for us but good sleep still
