The bed was perfect. Quiet area for the most part. Breakfast was great! The attendants were excellent. The location was perfect for our business needs. We stayed for 4 nights.

The bathtub was slippery. I am thankful for the handrail. Had trouble with the keys... did not activate correctly. Land lines were present but non functional. The TV is outdated, unable to stream It bothered me personally that the pool had a strong odor and looked dirty and slimy. It was marked closed, but I am not sure why it was left this way. Note that the pool is connected to the front lobby, so you have to walk by it every day. (Gives an immediate impression of how the entire property is managed) The front desk rarely had a visible person. (Had a bell to ring)

Everything was great minus check in. The rooms, privacy, quietness, breakfast, etc. Everything was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in took forever and the guy working at the front desk shouldn't be left alone during check in hours. Kept taking phone calls and making or looking up reservations while in the process of checking me in instead of asking them to hold. Took over 30 minutes after my payment was made to receive door keys.

Location was perfect for all things we were there to do, plus a massive bonus that Target was across the road, along with food places within good walking distance (although wouldn't recommend walking at night as few questionable people hanging on streets around Target and further down). Rooms were very spacious, plenty of parking and staff were very helpful and friendly with accommodating an early check-in. Gorgeous entrance/lobby area!

Only minor thing was that the pool wasn't in service (didn't affect us too much as only there for 1 night)

We loved everything, especially the reception staff and the dining staff. We felt at home and look forward to returning soon.

We didn't like that the toilet had a loud screeching sound and it was especially loud at night so it was hard to sleep (Room 125). Also, the shower curtain would not stay on the ends of the bar so water splashed all over the bathroom floor. Wish there had been a small sofa so we wouldn't have to sit on the bed to chat in the room. There is space in the room for a small 2 seater couch.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. I even saw the breakfast attendant washing the walls! The breakfast itself put many restaurants to shame and I am a chef, so I would know! Lol There seems to be strong leadership in place, which results in great attention-to-detail in all the staff. Front desk was kind and attentive to my needs. Also, I lost my cpap machine while at the hotel, but they found it and were able to ship it back to my home 3 hours away. So grateful for the housekeeping staff who found it for me.

Two minor things - the pillows were awful (too soft) but most hotels have those same ones now, and the fact that I could not stay there longer!!

No sofa, loveseat, or good sitting chair in the room. Door to room very heavy and hard to open and/or close (Room 217). Mattress & pillows too soft and not very comfortable. Front desk staff usually not at the front desk except for at check-in (Fri night 11/10/23 around 7:30 pm). Check-in staff was very friendly, informative, and welcoming. Indoor Pool Closed

The staff was friendly and made me want to come back here. The facility was clean and neat! There wasn't a lot of traffic around the area and it wasn't overcrowded.

The pool wasn't open nor was the spa and after working a long day it would have been nice to come in and relax in the spa or take a dip in the pool to help relax my body. The armchair in our room, the seating cushion, the inside of it was exposed

Very nice front desk staff. Good breakfast with lots of options. Good location and close to UNCW. Check out time is noon which worked out great for my needs this trip

The facilities were a bit worn with chips and stains on wood. our room had a large pink stain on the carpet. Our toilet was in need of repair because it didn’t flush very well. unless you held the handle down for a long time. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance

Love everything the gym the pool and the breakfast is amazing the rooms feels like a home I would stay here forever

Sometimes, think. need 2 elevators but one door locks, so u have to walk long ways if your roomm on the other side, but other than that place is amazing great location

We had VERY noisy people above us till 3:30 am ! That was the worse thing ever ! But I didn’t complain ! It is what it is and it’s not the country Inns fault ! Other than that our trip was awesome
