The bed was perfect. Quiet area for the most part. Breakfast was great! The attendants were excellent. The location was perfect for our business needs. We stayed for 4 nights.

The bathtub was slippery. I am thankful for the handrail. Had trouble with the keys... did not activate correctly. Land lines were present but non functional. The TV is outdated, unable to stream It bothered me personally that the pool had a strong odor and looked dirty and slimy. It was marked closed, but I am not sure why it was left this way. Note that the pool is connected to the front lobby, so you have to walk by it every day. (Gives an immediate impression of how the entire property is managed) The front desk rarely had a visible person. (Had a bell to ring)

The hotel was very clean and smelled good, the back stairs I guess get more traffic vs. the front could use more cleaning. Breakfast was good, nice little options.

I saw a roach only on the back stairs. I guess because it gets more traffic vs. the front still could use more cleaning. THE POOL ALWAYS CLOSED!!! My relatives had a concern because in the early am there were kids running or stomping in the upper floor above them. Oh and the door handle to the bedroom was broken in the room I stayed in. No biggie, just a quick fix.

It was close to where we needed to go, and the area was quiet. The breakfast was fresh and good. The staff was great — there was an issue with the floor of our room having been shampooed that morning and it was still wet and squishy when we checked in, so they happily transferred us to a new room with no problems.

The AC in the main lobbies and hallways didn’t work very well, but it was also 119 degrees outside (heat index), BUT the room’s AC worked just fine.

Everything was great minus check in. The rooms, privacy, quietness, breakfast, etc. Everything was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in took forever and the guy working at the front desk shouldn't be left alone during check in hours. Kept taking phone calls and making or looking up reservations while in the process of checking me in instead of asking them to hold. Took over 30 minutes after my payment was made to receive door keys.

Location was perfect for all things we were there to do, plus a massive bonus that Target was across the road, along with food places within good walking distance (although wouldn't recommend walking at night as few questionable people hanging on streets around Target and further down). Rooms were very spacious, plenty of parking and staff were very helpful and friendly with accommodating an early check-in. Gorgeous entrance/lobby area!

Only minor thing was that the pool wasn't in service (didn't affect us too much as only there for 1 night)

The location was wonderful being so close to everything.

One of the rooms had no working A/C and had to have my party moved into another unit. The last room I paid for had to be moved due to door not locking and had waited all day for decision to be moved to another room and was told to go out and run our errands and we had to remind them once we got back.

We loved everything, especially the reception staff and the dining staff. We felt at home and look forward to returning soon.

We didn't like that the toilet had a loud screeching sound and it was especially loud at night so it was hard to sleep (Room 125). Also, the shower curtain would not stay on the ends of the bar so water splashed all over the bathroom floor. Wish there had been a small sofa so we wouldn't have to sit on the bed to chat in the room. There is space in the room for a small 2 seater couch.

My favorite part of my stay was listen to a very spirited couple of women in the parking lot playing tug of war with a purse while the heavy set female screams THATS MY GODDAMN PURSE while she chaises her relentlessly.

When the crackheads were arguing in the lobby at 2 am when I'm trying to sleep. Crackhead shenanigans are only funny during daylight house.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. I even saw the breakfast attendant washing the walls! The breakfast itself put many restaurants to shame and I am a chef, so I would know! Lol There seems to be strong leadership in place, which results in great attention-to-detail in all the staff. Front desk was kind and attentive to my needs. Also, I lost my cpap machine while at the hotel, but they found it and were able to ship it back to my home 3 hours away. So grateful for the housekeeping staff who found it for me.

Two minor things - the pillows were awful (too soft) but most hotels have those same ones now, and the fact that I could not stay there longer!!

Facility was very clean, staff also very friendly and professional. Only real bummer was the pool under maintenance during our stay. Hotel was in walking distance to restaurants to which we did partake in. Overall great experience here.
