great area- lots of places nearby. room really a suite and each bed in its own room and also had a living room with a sofa bed.

ice situation. the room has a full size fridge with an ice maker but of course no ice when we checked in. the desk attendant was a little rude to my husband about it (he just asked where is the ice machine because we didn't know the fridge had one) and they told him to just turn on the one in the fridge and wait and then said if he HAD to have it now he could walk over to the next hotel to their ice machine. my husband is a very nonconfrontational dude so he asked this in the nicest way with no attitude. The attitude he received back for asking a simple and needed question was a bit much.

The entire staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and the staff was able to get the room cleaned and let us in early. Housekeeping checked in ẅith us shortly after arriving to make sure the room was to our liking. They had to move fast to get it clean but it didnt show. The room was fresh smelling and spotless. The staff made us feel very welcome and breakfast staff was just as accommodating. The outdoor patio was so clean and relaxing, we even got to play some cornhole. Thank you to the entire staff, especially T and her cleaning staff.

I didn't have breakfast, there wasn't a big selection of items. The room was nice, beds comfortable. The couch and chairs could use some new cushions and the refrigerator could be updated and not look so second hand

They charged me for my ESAs when they arn't supposed to. When I expressed this to the girl upon check in she told me that they follow the ADA guidelines and ESA's don't follow under those. Then she told me to go read it on their website. So after we got settled I did just that and there was nothing on their website about that. So I went back down and she said that she would take one of the charges off and would talk to her manager which I am assuming she didn't because I never heard anything and was still charged for them. I did not talk to anyone when I checked out, noone was there and I decided that I would just take it up with their corporate offices.

Roomy suite with comfy beds. I liked having a full size fridge and the kitchenette included dishware and utensils. Love their courtyard for eating or even just sitting out. Close to stores, beaches, etc.

Only hot items for breakfast were waffles and frozen sausage biscuit sandwiches. Hard boiled eggs available as a protein. Otherwise it was cereal, muffins, bagels etc. Kept having to have our key cards re-done as they would randomly stop working.

Loved the room with furnished kitchenette, living room, bdr with 2 queen beds. The bathroom was roomy. Two tv's so the kids could watch one, while the adults another. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have an outside garden area to chill out. Really nice. Really affordable! Great price. Our favorite new hotel to stay at!

You have to ask for things like shampoo, creme rinse, body wash. They didn't have a mat in bathtub to prevent slipping. I almost slipped twice. I would've asked for one, but I didn't know the tub would be slippery.

nice location. older place but spacious. decent breakfast. lots of kitchen appliances avaibale from the front desk like toaster oven, air fryer, instant pot. housekeeping staff nice.

floors dirty, our feet black soon as shoes removed. all the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. older mattresses and decor, room couch saggy and scratchy materail-just covered with extra sheet.

The carpet was very old and stained and thread bare in lots of area. It smelled dirty and I'm sure that's due to the age of the carpet because there was ALWAYS staff cleaning the place! It also smelled like pot at times and I am definitely not a fan of that smell at all!

Easy to find, clean rooms and hallways, staff was exceptional from housekeeping to maintenance to front desk. They were all very helpful, especially Dylan at the front desk when we wanted to add an extra night to our visit and not change rooms. We came down to spend time with family and celebrate two birthdays. It was a great day.

Everything was perfect as far as my stay, the room, and The Front Desk clerk WAS AMAZINGLY SUPER NICE & PROFESSIONAL. I wish I could have remembered her name SHE GETS 10+ STARS..I've never seen or delt with a clerk SO PROFESSIONAL!!

The room did smell a little like smoke being that I have never smoked I could smell it right away..Not too strong though!! Nothing my room Deodorizer couldn't handle!

Staff was friendly and attentive. Had one small problem when we got to room and staff took care of it immediately.

The only downfall was the breakfast. We originally planned to eat breakfast at the hotel every day but only ate there the first day out of our 4-day stay. There was no eggs, bacon or anything like that. Only waffles mainly. I did have a yogurt.
