We loved having a kitchenette in the room. The pet friendliness of the hotel was convenient and well thought out. The pool was never crowded. The A/C in the room was working great! The location was perfect: we were minutes from the downtown One Tree Hill locations and the beaches were also just minutes away! Amazing!

The bed was way too hard and the pillows deflate the second your head touches them. The sofa bed was way more comfortable than the bed.

The hotel was ultra modern and only open for a couple of months. The evening staff was friendly and funny. The TV had a welcome message when we entered with my name on it. The room was very comfortable with a full size dishwasher, microwave, and 3/4 size frig. AND real dishes, glasses, and silverware! Breakfast was good and had the best coffee I've ever had at a breakfast bar. There were numerous and varied business in the complex plus a 14 screen movie theater. Definitely would recommend Home 2!

Selection on the TV but it was typical hotel fare. Just more selections on the channel guide would have been nice. It had streaming options but we didn't have a streaming service to use. TV was bright and clear just had the typical choices of channels.

Great location. It's across the parking lot from a movie theater and a plaza with several dining options, a spa, a chocolatier, and a gym. It's also very close to downtown, maybe a 6-minute drive. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, it's pet friendly, and the hotel is well-kept, outside and in.

The first room we were given smelled like marijuana smoke. The check-in agents readily reassigned us to a new room that was truly smoke-free, so we were fine after that. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too soft for me. The breakfast was okay with some hot sandwich selections and the usual fare, but we didn't appreciate that people allowed their small kids to handle food and put it back.

Front desk Staff were always eager to help. Very spacious, clean, and comfy rooms.

Water heater issues last day. Only hot water no cold. If I had my children with me I would have been very upset. I got burnt by it but nothing serious. There were known issues with the water heater to be fair. They slid a note under the door the previous day saying they were upgrading it

The room size and amenities.

I arrived home last nite. For the past 4 weeks my wife and I traveled around the South East. We stayed in over 12 hotels. There is some room for improvement in the breakfast menu, also every breakfast schedule was from 6 to 10 am as opposed to your property of 6 to 9 am. Is too fast.

Awesome staff...made my doggie feel welcome as well. So many accessible options for those with vision and hearing support needs. Will always stay here when I'm in Wilmington NC.

More food options with breakfast, as breakfast sandwiches were just basic. Everything else was awesome! Waffle bar was great!

Everything was extremely clean and they had all of the amenities.That you could possibly want. The staff was excellent. They were extremely courteous and attentive to our needs throughout the duration of our stay. Cammeron and Brittaney went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our trip more enjoyable.

I like the fact that it is pet friendly. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. The room was very clean and certainly didn't smell like pets ever stayed there. Staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was a bit above the standards of other hotels that offer free breakfasts.

The only negative thing that could be said was that the pool was a bit small.

The staff was amazing — super helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything looked just like the pictures the hotel showed, which was awesome!

The hallways were pretty hot, and unfortunately, the pool wasn’t available during my stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The thermostat fluctuation was either too hot or too cold but could be our lack of knowledge of this system
