Staff was wonderful and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect. Old school family beach motel. Not modern but comfortable. Had ocean front suite with kitchen. Would stay again. Loved it!

I loved every but the location of the fire alarm which was too close to stove. Everytime we cooked the smoke alarm would sound. Other than that, it was a great visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and we really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the beach.

The room listing could have been a bit clearer — we initially thought the ocean view wouldn’t include the pool view. But after seeing the layout, we completely understand and it wasn’t an issue.

When we first arrived our room wasn’t correct. We had asked for a three bed suite because we had six people.our room only had two beds. We called the after hour phone number expecting very little and within seconds a very nice young gentleman came to the room and had us in a correct room within minutes.

Our stove did not work in our room. It had been unplugged so we assumed there was a problem with it. Because of the conflict with our room we just left it go, but it would have been nice to have a working stove.

I loved everything. The parking could be a little tight, but luckily it wasn't busy while we were there so it wasn't an issue. I loved that we could walk to restaurants, the coffee shop nearby, the pier, and other places nearby. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It was a little too hard for us. Otherwise, we had a great vacation!!!!

Location! Staff was super friendly. You could tell this is not some big chain motel operation! Loved the little town.

I loved the balcony, but on the first floor while sitting in the patio chair, I couldn’t see over the railing to view the ocean. A high top table and chairs might work better for a view

The Sand Dunes Morel was in a great location. We parked our car when we arrived and moved it the day we left. Everything we needed was close by. And we were close to a variety of different foods. And I found a place to buy a Latte..

Usually in motel rooms there was kleenex. None in this one.

Most definitely coming back again! Great prices and plus the restaurants close by. Great customer service and overall really great experience! I wish I had booked longer! See you guys next year!

The hotel room had been recently remodeled. The bedding was excellent. The room was very clean. It was quiet. Staff was courteous and helpful. We will stay there on our next visit.

Amazingly quiet structure. Very large ocean front room with large bathroom, many towels. Friendly staff, near restaurants and pier.

Hot water took a while early in the morning. No elevator so climbing steps but good exercise.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful in every need we had. We needed an extension cord for my husband's Cpap machine and they brought it to us within minutes We would definitely stay here again. This is a picture I took from my room balcony.
