I liked the overall stay a suggestion would be to get either better WiFi or a tv provider. I would stay again the only real thing I did not like was when I made my reservation. I had to wait till 5pm to get the my room I do understand staff shortage. I would like to have them say look let me take something off the price. At the end of the stay I received a text reminding me that 11am was check out or I could check out later for a extra fee I was like I did not get that option to get something off when I had to work with them for having to wait till they cleaned my room for me to be able to relax. Hopefully they will fix that and think on that for the future.

Just think on being more customer base even though you are short stay. Everyone dollars counts and being customer base can go along way

The pool was great and never crowded. There was a nice sun deck on the premises, and the private beach access was nice.

The room was not in top shape. Our ice maker in the freezer did not work. The floor was not mopped for some time, as it left all of our feet black and almost sticky to the floor. To be fair, housekeeping is not on the premises and we had a number to text for house keeping needs.

This was the best stay in the Carolina Beach area . Me and my family have had in yrs . Love the ocean views, how close things was , & just good our stay was at the Beach House . . Already making plans for next yr. Just loved everything about the stay.

Oceanfront. Affordable. Clean. Well cared for. Although an older property, they take pride in keeping things clean. Lovely deck with sparkly lights hanging overhead. Linens smelled clean; like lavender. Fresh paint. There were workers replacing wood 2x4s on deck & stairs. And the ferns were a nice touch. Lorna was quick to respond & assist.

The room was a nice size, updated, and right on the beach.

The staff didn't clean the room (and pile of sand on the floor after we swept it up, something spilled on the floor and that wasn't cleaned up, we found Doritos on the floor and a empty water bottle behind the night stand) and didn't replace the toilet paper or take out the trash. We contacted the office, and they did come deliver toilet paper, and after several calls to the main office, the manager offered a $100 refund.

The location was top tier. We were seconds from the beach and minutes from some great restaurants. My wife and I were very pleased with the location. She wants the exact same room when we come back. We spoke to management about how happy we were. He was a great guy. The staff was great.

The trip and the property were almost perfect . However, the refrigerator wasn't clean upon arrival, and neither was the couch in our room.

Everything! The rooms were amazingly spacious the kitchen was perfect and had everything you needed to cook. The beds were comfy and the view was phenomenal. Definitely one of my new favorites for vacations / getaways. Pictures were taken from our balcony.

Great location, clean, spacious room with a comfortable king bed! Dog friendly! Right on the beach!

Really wish there were screens on the sliding door and window. Wanted to keep them open but feared flies or mosquitoes. Did not experience any bugs, but didn’t keep door or window open.

Our room was ocean view (2nd floor) w/ rocking chairs on the balcony to relax and take in the beautiful views morning & night. The boardwalk and several bar/restaurants were all in walking distance. Staff responded promptly w/ any need we had.
