Property was in a great location and our room was really nice. We had a malfunction on the automatic keyless entry and could not get back in - even management couldn’t get in with a key. The manager Brandon, went above and beyond to get us back into our room. He spent hours calling locksmiths, and trying everything to gain access because my much needed heart medication was inside. We had remembered we had left the bathroom window unlocked (we were on second floor) so he called the fire department and they brought a ladder and gained access. We were given an upgrade and a new room. We can’t thank Brandon enough at the Carolina Beach location. He was top notch! Thank you Brandon! We need more managers like Brandon!

We loved everything!

The location was right in the center of activities. I was easily able to walk to beach, restaurants, live music, shopping, and fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the outdoor shower. A unexpected perk was having a grocery store fully stocked with food and wine right next door. I even found a book store within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also found a service to set up a chair and umbrella for me on the beach at a very reasonable fee.

My only complaint was that my neighbors were loud and woke me up several times. However, this was not the fault of the motel. It comes with being in the "heart" of a beach town.

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking pass was provided. The location was great...right across from the boardwalk/amusement park. It was in walking distance of everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The site listing stated no prepayment/pay at the property. I didn't pay anything on the site. However, the inn does require half of the cost upfront, which I fortunately was able to pay. Be prepared and contact the property for clarification.

The location was great, me and my boyfriend didn’t have to drive anywhere. We loved that we found a grocery store right behind the hotel. The carnival across the street and the food places nearby were perfect.

The only thing we have a complaint about is the floor could have been swept and cleaned up a little more, we found lots of hair all over the floor. The shower is also very tight but we were able to manage.

Great value, although a block away from the water, w/c is easy accessible anyway, the property opens up to the heart of Carolina beach.

This first stay, housekeeping opened the door without knocking, I felt it was a mistake, she abruptly closed the door. Otherwise, we were okay with it.

Great location, friendly staff, room was super cute.

I wish there were more spaces to put luggage, and a rug at the beds, so you can wipe the sand off your feet before you get in, and a broom in the room to help keep the sand from getting out of hand.

Parking and parking lot was tight for larger vehicles. Saturday night the restaurant (Havana) across the street had a band and the trumpet playing was very loud and annoying. Not the fault of the Starlite Inn

Awesome quaint little room. Spacious. The furniture and vibe of the room was great! Perfect location and could walk to everything we wanted to do. Can't wait to come back and stay again!!

We loved how the location was within walking distance of pretty much everything! (Restaurants, shops, bars, etc.)

We loved everything but only recommendation would be to include an ice machine and microwaves in the rooms.

I love how clean the room was. Extra linens were supplied. The location was absolutely amazing, I could Walk anywhere to get anything I needed.

However, the shower was a little small and the room could be rated that much better if microwaves were supplied. The rooms had everything except that.
