Our room was very clean and it was nice and quiet. I chose this hotel because of the location to the beach and the price. They allowed us to do a last minute check out for a price, but it was so helpful! The communication was excellent even though they weren’t on the premises. We did speak to the very nice cleaning staff as we were leaving. Very pleasant! We would stay here again! Everything we needed was within a very short walking distance. The little market nearby looks or feels as though it may be going out of business as most shelves were empty, but they were friendly and we found what we needed.

Only complaint and it’s really minor, would be the A/C was difficult to adjust. It was raining most of our stay, so not super hot out. We had to turn it off a few times after returning from being in the rain.

good location right near the beach and boardwalk… walkable to shops and restaurants… room nice and comfy, really enjoyed the retro feel and painted art on the walls… unique look and feel…

bathroom more of a beach shower feel than an actual bathroom (mostly the shower)… no modern cable tv, very limited… no interaction or personal feel from the office since check in completely remote.

The location was right in the center of activities. I was easily able to walk to beach, restaurants, live music, shopping, and fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the outdoor shower. A unexpected perk was having a grocery store fully stocked with food and wine right next door. I even found a book store within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also found a service to set up a chair and umbrella for me on the beach at a very reasonable fee.

My only complaint was that my neighbors were loud and woke me up several times. However, this was not the fault of the motel. It comes with being in the "heart" of a beach town.

Property was in a great location and our room was really nice. We had a malfunction on the automatic keyless entry and could not get back in - even management couldn’t get in with a key. The manager Brandon, went above and beyond to get us back into our room. He spent hours calling locksmiths, and trying everything to gain access because my much needed heart medication was inside. We had remembered we had left the bathroom window unlocked (we were on second floor) so he called the fire department and they brought a ladder and gained access. We were given an upgrade and a new room. We can’t thank Brandon enough at the Carolina Beach location. He was top notch! Thank you Brandon! We need more managers like Brandon!

Modern rooms, great location, in front of the boardwalk and near shops and restaurants.

The bathrooms are tiny. Room could be cleaned better, before the guests arrive. On our last day we found two roaches in our bathroom. This should be handled asap.

The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking pass was provided. The location was great...right across from the boardwalk/amusement park. It was in walking distance of everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The site listing stated no prepayment/pay at the property. I didn't pay anything on the site. However, the inn does require half of the cost upfront, which I fortunately was able to pay. Be prepared and contact the property for clarification.

Great value, although a block away from the water, w/c is easy accessible anyway, the property opens up to the heart of Carolina beach.

This first stay, housekeeping opened the door without knocking, I felt it was a mistake, she abruptly closed the door. Otherwise, we were okay with it.

The location was great, me and my boyfriend didn’t have to drive anywhere. We loved that we found a grocery store right behind the hotel. The carnival across the street and the food places nearby were perfect.

The only thing we have a complaint about is the floor could have been swept and cleaned up a little more, we found lots of hair all over the floor. The shower is also very tight but we were able to manage.

I liked that it was walking distance to everything and I never had to pay for parking because everything was close walking distance.

Not enough trash cans to put trash in on site and in room.

The access to the beach was perfect. The room was clean and the hosting staff was great

The parking was horrible,due to limited parking for customers. The bed slept horrible,not comfortable at all.
