Great breakfast with the staples (waffles, oatmeal, fruit, etc.) and slightly different options every morning (different meat and egg options). We loved our view from the oceanfront balcony on the 6th floor! I spent a lot of time out there reading. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with taken care of floors and furniture. Nice full length mirror, and another above the desk! It also had good quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom which was nice. Easy on-site parking with quick key-card elevator access!

Water pressure could've been better, but at least it got pretty hot! Also, random but there was a swooshing sound we could hear in the room...we thought it was the wind on the balcony (it was super windy during our stay) but it turned out it was a noise coming from the air under the main door (I guess caused by the air coming in from the hallway under the door). I just covered the bottom of the door with a towel to stop it, but we couldn't tell what it was the first night.

Liked the location and view of beach from room

Room wasn’t ready upon arrival. Had to wait about 2 hrs before we could check in. requested towels 2 days in row and never got them. Even asked the room attendants while on the hall and was told we would have some delivered but nothing. We were given, verbally for inconvenience of late check in, free drinks at tiki bar but when we went to get them was told that was nothing on our account to suggest that. Manager on duty checking in said it would be noted on our account or to tell them to bill the room and it would be removed later. Glad we didn’t bill to room. The front desk said they knew nothing about it. We probably would have gotten stuck with that bill in the end.

My daughter and I woke up early the second morning of our stay to see the sunrise over the ocean. The beach access was quick and easy to get to from the hotel lobby. The sunrise was beautiful and we even saw dolphins while we were looking for seashells afterwards. When we headed back up to the hotel, we went straight into the lobby and enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t love, is the pillows in the room. I didn’t sleep well either night of my stay, but that is easily remedied by bringing my pillow from home. I will definitely stay there again.

The room I reserved was beautiful and spacious with multiple angles of ocean view. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed having access to a fitness room and the boardwalk is very nice, especially if you want to enjoy the ocean without the sand.

The room I was initially assigned was not the room I had reserved. However, the changed was made after the clerk consulted with the manager. My husband doesn't eat pork, and they were out of turkey sausage. Otherwise, the breakfast was very good.

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and nice. Ocean front balcony was awesome! Tiki bar staff and menu excellent! Breakfast was fabulous! Night auditor, DJ was amazing! Southern hospitality at its finest! Having the beach so close was a big bonus! I loved how the hotel was at the board walk and very close to shops and restaurants! The hotel decor was lovely! I would recommend and come back to this hotel!!! My daughter and I really had a special and wonderful time there.

The only negative we had was a fire alarm that went off at 5 am. I know, life happens, but despite it being annoying, it was kind of fun. I'm glad that the hotel is safety minded. Life happens and I am thrilled to know that it was a mechanical thing and not a real fire.

Room was clean, friendly staff, great location

Limited parking. I had to pay to park several days. I was not expecting this, me and my daughter drove separately from different locations so we had 2 cars. It wasn’t till the next to last day I was able to park on site. Paid a lot in parking and also got a parking ticket, not sure I’ll be back to this location. Parking was only issue.

The location of the hotel is perfect! We have a toddler and we could walk to the boardwalk and ocean at anytime. The breakfast was very good. It had pastries, waffles, oatmeal, and different egg choices and meat everyday. The staff at the facility were wonderful and very friendly. The little grill outside has good food for lunches especially after swimming. We will definitely be back next year!

Breakfast was wonderful, loved that there was something for everyone. Coffee was good. Location was perfect, loved boardwalk next door.

Pool was cold! Couldn't understand why the water stayed so chilly. Pool was very small and shallow. I can't swim in the ocean and was counting on swimming in Pool. I booked on Booking.com and thought I was getting a suite. Found out I only paid for a room and it was cramped for 4 of us. 1600.00 for 3 nights was very expensive for me but we made the best of it. Balcony door was very hard to open and shut.

-Right on the beach, next to the boardwalk. -Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. -Great breakfast, especially the fresh made oatmeal with lots of optional condiments. -Tiki bar. -very friendly, efficient and helpful staff.

-The coffee maker in the room makes very poor quality coffee. Too bad they didn’t have the coffee makers where you use pods rather than those not very good tasting packets. -While breakfast as a whole was wonderful, the premade eggs were not up to par for the rest of the breakfast .

I loved the boardwalk and all the amenities outside of the hotel to include the beach

When we arrived on Friday afternoon 5/23/25 the room had a really bad odor, and it smelled like dog urine in the carpet. I promise you I cam not make this up. Well my wife decides to use lysol instead of complaining to the front desk because we were only there for a two night stay
