This was an almost perfect stay - the rooms are so spacious and comfortable, well-equipped and very stylish - it feels like a space taken from the pages of a magazine. Whoever styled the rooms has amazing taste. The staff were very helpful in person and kept in regular contact via text as well - even when there wasn't someone obviously available in the property, I knew I could reach someone quickly via the phone. The breakfast was delicious, as was the excellent coffee offered in the morning. The location is also great - it's a quiet street but within minutes of downtown Wilmington - lots of excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, activities and the riverside walk all within 5 - 15 mins walk. We were spoiled during our stay here - it felt very luxurious at a reasonable price. The bathroom also had an amazingly good shower for such an old property - great water pressure!

There are only 2 small issues I'd raise - the tiny ironing board should be upgraded to a full-sized one. If you're going to iron (which we did...) it's a hassle to use. Second - the bathroom walls need a bit of a deep clean/refresh. The upper painted section in our bathroom was pretty dusty/dirty and the lower wooden section has some questionable stains next to the toilet. Very minor overall, and the sanitary ware itself was very clean - no issues there.

I have stayed in Wilmington 6 times in the past 4 months and Dreamers is in a class all to itself. The hospitality and the care that Ross and Anna put into making your stay perfect is exceptional and genuine. I felt they could sense what I needed before I knew I needed it. Add to that the beautiful and comfortable rooms and delicious vegan breakfasts. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Wilmington!

Everything was perfect!

The room was beautiful. A true escape from staying in hotels for work. The breakfast was a lovely touch. The bed was the comfiest I slept in, and the location was brilliant. It's very walkable to downtown. Staff communication was fast and informative. Highly recommend staying for a visit or holiday away. I will come back.

Not enough space for belongs on shelf in bathroom. But very minor dislike really, the room is spacious and the standing bath tub I wish i had have time to use.

Not sure if this was a B&B. I booked a while ago. I was surprised at the vegan offers for breakfast. Not very good. Sorry! Coffee was drinkable but I’m not used to coconut or almond milk in my coffee. Would have preferred cream. I assume owners are vegan and want to push their own agenda. Would have loved assistance down the stairs with my suitcase however the guy in the office space behind the beaded curtain did not seem too interested in finding out if he could provide me with any help with much at all. I had to ask for assistance with the breakfast and pull him away from his computer. The place was clean but had a very musty odor that was hard to ignore.

Breakfast was exceptional our host Sherry was awesome! Property is very well kept and in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. The beds are super comfortable and the house is set in a quiet location surrounded by other historic homes.

There were a few issues and nobody on site so it became a little frustrating. All minor and a shame to add this to what was a very pleasant stay but things that could have been avoided. Was told I could leave luggage but when I arrived there was no-one around so just had to leave it all in an empty open house which didn't feel very safe. Was very happy with the vegan breakfast but should have been listed on the booking. Only found out about thermostat in the hallway once I was up all night as I was cold and then lay in bed reading your previous reviews! Also not told about key numbers when I checked in so they changed the number without telling me and was locked out of my room at night.

Highly recommend, it’s the cutest property and Sherry was truly a wonderful host. She was so welcoming and accommodating. We were there for my birthday and she managed to organise and cook up an amazing spread and set it up at the patio.

The staff was very helpful and solicitous. The property is unique and really one of a kind. The room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious even though we are not Vegan.

We were in the downstairs suite. There is a step down into the bathroom that is not marked. It’s a accident waiting to happen

The room felt so luxurious and cozy at the same time. The queen room has high ceilings and even a fireplace! The room had plants and lamps that created such a nice cozy atmosphere. We loved the little breakfast in the parlor

The bed was a little small and pillows a bit hard. Breakfast was lovely but it would have been nice to have had yogurt with the granola and orange juice
