This place had everything you could need for a stay in Wilmington! Conveniently located just a short walk from the river or downtown area. The kitchen was fully stocked, complete with complimentary reusable water bottles and a basket of snacks. The bathroom was spacious and included all toiletries. The free laundry room was also an added bonus! The design was everything you’d want out of a boutique stay and more! I loved how the decor and design elements even stuck with the honeycomb theme of “The Hive.”

My only complaint is having to pay extra ($21) for parking. I didn’t see that mentioned on the booking.com listing, and I don’t understand why it can’t just be included in the price of the stay.

We loved it here. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. What I liked most was the attention to detail, including but not limited to arrival instructions. I couldn't think of anything the unit lacked, including a steamer, which I usually bring on my own.

There weren't really any cons, but if I had to give feedback, there was a handwritten sign on the exterior door, which could have been more professional.

Location, room was so modern and clean! It's the small things like some snacks, coffee, even mints beside bed. This is one of the best places I have ever booked.

I understand that parking is scarce, but each room has a dedicated parking spot in a private parking area that costs 20 a day to use (this doesn't change my excellent rating!)

i would not change anything about the hotel but it was a little annoying to park across the street in gravel and then idrag my luggage across the street but it was worth it

Beautifully decorated. Amenities were very nice. Location was perfect and close to everything.

Did not like that there was not a television in the bedroom. It would have been nice to lay in bed and watch television.

Our confirmation information created confusion when we were told the incorrect suite number. Upon arriving, we were unable to gain entry to our suite with the incorrect information.

Close to everything, but quite in the same time. Cute and cozy apartment, which has absolutely (I mean it) everything you need, even for your dog.

It's such a cute little apartment, very clean and chic! Definitely will save this booking for next time we're in the area. And it is a great location downtown with all the action.

To begin with, staff was very friendly and attentive to my request to check in earlier. Very nice place with comfort and prime location. Quiet neighborhood and safe. Will definitely use again and again, and will recommend it further.
