I have stayed at many Best Westerns, but this was definitely a stand-out. The lobby and breakfast room are spacious and attractive. The room was clean and well appointed, with plenty of places to plug in electronics. Air conditioner was quiet and easily controlled by a wall thermostat. The rate for a pet in room was reasonable, and our room had easy access to a suitable area for dog walking, without going through the main lobby. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. The breakfast room was well stocked. The property is located near many shops and restaurants, but has a quiet location off the main road.

They provide a warm breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, Oatmeal, juices, coffee, water, toast, pastries, etc.

We loved this hotel's clean, professional and welcoming environment. They have a great pool, lounge area and breakfast seating. The room was very comfortable, sheets were high quality, pillows were plush, flooring was also clean, extra towels, and nice complimentary shower toiletries. The room was furnished with a wide chair, stand, ottoman, desk, plenty of lamps, coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator.

Everything was clean. Towels were soft and smelled pleasant. No hotel smell. Staff were friendly. Because of inclement weather I booked a second night. No problems w/ that. I travel with my service dog and there were plenty of places to walk right outside the hotel. This is a busy area but room was quiet. There were several nice parks close by for me to walk w/ my pup (although the weather was crazy). Breakfast was fine… the usual fare. They had empanadas the first morning so that was a nice change. Also had almond milk available and fresh fruit. Shower had hot water and good pressure.

This is a personal remark and subjective to each individual. The bed was too soft… like a marshmallow. I like a very firm bed w/ a slightly soft top. My sleep was off due to pain but, again, this is something each person has to decide for themselves. I had no other issues.

The pool was closed during our stay but the kids wanted to spend the time at the beach so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed it with the freshly made waffles. It was clean and kept fully stocked the entire time. Room was clean and didn't smell like smoke or pets which typically happens in a lot of rooms. Staff was super friendly

At this time I can't say anything bad besides the pool being closed.

I especially liked how the staff was. Each and every one of them went out of their way to help, and it was done with a smile. What a pleasant environment they all created. I would go there every single time, just because of their staff. Hope they keep it up

The hotel room was ‘wet’. They set the air on to run the whole time and would not switch off because presumably they wanted to avoid that wetness which made it dangerous for kids, in fact, one of our kids slipped and fell because of it

Wonderful greeting from staff. Especially the breakfast preparers and front desk staff. Enjoyed seeing improvements in the bed area of the room. Would love to see updated bathroom ceiling tile (the tile needed replacing, as it did not compliment the updated bed area side).

After multiple complaints about the refrigerator not working, a maintenance person came to my room, turned on the refrigerator, but never noticed it wasn't unplugged. I had to toss out our food. My husband finally realized the refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and he plugged it in. The front desk night clerk offered my husband and I a new room. However, after driving 12 hours to the hotel to attend a family members funeral, we were exhausted and did not want to repack and lug our belongings to another room.

Welcoming environment from staff, the lounge, and at breakfast. I feel this type of environment made everyone who was staying here cheerful and courteous towards others. I traveled with a pet and the accommodation was amazing.

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a plank of wood. Very very firm. I would love to see an option available for a firm mattress or a medium firm/soft mattress.

We enjoyed the staff at the hotel. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were professional, attentive, and friendly. The breakfast was always delicious, and the staff ensured it was always stocked. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I wish they would provide us with more towels but honestly, that's very minor and all we had to do was visit the front desk for more.

The hotel breakfast served in the lobby offered a great variety of items. The attendants were there to help and make sure things were promptly refilled.

We were not pleased with the coffee machine. It seemed to dispense a 1/2 cup of liquid. I would prefer a thermal carafe that just dispensed black coffee so you could get the amount you want and fix the coffee to your preference.

I liked the physical location of the property because it was near restaurants and places to shop. Another thing I liked about the property was the fact that it was located off the main road just a bit so you could have some solitude and peace somewhat.

The only thing I’d say if I had to say anything would be the beds could be more plush. They are a little bit more firm than I like but the overall room was nice and came well equipped with essential items.
