We really liked the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful and gave us some good dining recommendations. The breakfast provided in the morning was good and there were a lot of choices.

Our housekeeping was a little uneven during our stay. We had to request toilet paper twice during our 5-day stay. In addition, we came back to our room to find one bed made, with a towel on top of the pillows and the other bed not made. Some of the trash was taken out but the bathroom trash was still full. Towels were replenished every other day but I don't think we got enough for 4 people.

Breakfast was Ok with good variety of food. Dining area was comfortable. Our room was very spacious, good beds, big living area with roomy sofa. Had microwave, fridge and coffe maker. Ac was loud but worked well. Really big closet with big mirror . Late evening , we requested an extra blanket and a towel , they deliver them right away.

Door for the bathroom could be better , latch system doesn’t really work and I would rather have a normal door ( they have sliding doors with panels that let light into the room ) the door is in front of the bed and tv is in on the corner of the room . Breakfast, half and half was out by 8am and the scramble eggs were very dry. They had hard boiled eggs as a good option.

We were greeted kindly upon arrival. We noticed how inviting the staff that we communicated with were. Entering our room, we both commented how accommodating and clean it was. The room had everything we needed. Even though we were only staying one night, we both thought this room would be great for a week or so. It was close to great restaurants, and the beach and ammenities included a gym and pool. We will definitely stay here when we are back in Wrightsville Beach, NC

Breakfast selection was phenomenal. I really enjoyed that they offered a non-pork option for breakfast. We filled up before heading to the beach and it was so nice to have so many great options.

The only thing that I wish all hotel chains would change is the checkout time. You have to wait to 3 or 4 to check in and have to check out by 11:00. Not too much time to go around and check out the sites (beach for example) and have a place to come back and change after. So this is something I wish all hotels would think about. Spending almost 200.00 should get you a 24hour stay in my opinion.

I love this Mario. His grace his presence was everything. All the staff were welcoming and loving. The food was great the room was impeccable. The atmosphere was amazing. Let's just say heaven here on earth.

Nice rooms with spacious sitting area. Great breakfast in a spacious lobby area. Weekend evening happy hours at the hotel bar (not too many hotels do that anymore)

Our sitting area main lamp was out. I asked two different times to get a new bulb. Both times I was told they’d take care of it but it never was (4 day stay)

Nice and fresh, breakfast actually had a gluten free options, muffins eggs, bar if you like a cocktail. Spacious bathroom and closet.

Minor issue with the set up, careful or you will lock yourself in bathroom and the bathroom light will light the whole room at night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was simple but nice — just what we needed.

The desk clerks were friendly and kind. I requested extra blankets and received them promptly. The room was beautiful and very clean.

I wish breakfast ended at 10:30.

I love everything about this place will always come again. The best was the beach was very closed by. The breakfast was amazing everything was great. The front desk customer service was great everybody was amazing
