LOCATION...one block from the beach, very clean, does the job.

VERY SMALL SPACE... Basically an old motel from the 60's that has been renovated. Beds VERY FIRM... Price pretty outrageous for what you get...no maid service... RIDICULOUSLY COMPLICATED BOOKING PROCESS, MUST HAVE RECEIVED 20 EMAILS ABOUT BOOKING NEEDS OUTSIDE OF BOOKING.COM REQUIRED... BOOKING.COM SAID NO UPFRONT PAYMENTS REQUIRED.... EMAIL FROM LEASE COMPANY INSISTED ON 75% UPFRONT AND THEN TRIED TO TACK ON $80 FOR "BOOKING INSURANCE".

Excellent location. Just walk across the street and you are at the beach. Nice having the outside showers for after beach and before going into room. Great staff. Great area. Perfect!!!

Loved everything. The rooms are smaller than fancier hotel rooms and the setup is motel style. But, that did not take away from enjoying it.

It was a great little room with little extras that made our stay better! I loved how there were fresh flowers in our room! Cute little koozie keepsakes and treats from the shops around! I loved the outdoor showers on the property, that made our late night walks on the beach more convenient and kept up from tracking in so much sand. It was just a night away for a honeymoon, but the whole presentation made us feel like the staff knew! It was quiet and peaceful, very clean and they even had a broom so we could sweep up the sand we tracked it! It's just a great place and we will be back!

We loved the location and they had an ADA room for my husband. We also loved how much room the suite had, and the nice big frig it had.

There was no place to put our toothbrush and other bathroom essentials. I would also suggest rug just inside the door and at the tub. My husband suggest maybe another small dresser or cabinet maybe under the TV. With him being legally blind we have to have everything put away and we had to be super creative for that thus time.

The location- loved the short walk.

Next time we stay, we will request a room not facing the main road- not that there were any problems, but I would like to hear the sound of the waves at night just by opening a window or door.

Great hotel, just across a small street from the ocean - with a public access right by the hotel. Nice A/C, good shower pressure, comfortable beds, lots of space.

The bathroom has an uncurtained window that faces a stairwell. I'm tall, so anyone coming down the stairs could see me . . . there should be a small curtain or blinds. Open windowns in a bathroom are not my thing, lol. We stayed in the cottage and it was great! 2 BR/2 BA with a living/dining room/kitchen combo. Very clean!

If they had a breakfast I didn't know about it but I could care less about that everything else about the voice was top-notch I would say there again no question and I plan to.

It didn't have anything I didn't like all kinds of amenities that were just nice touches to make your stay more homey

Nice room - set up very well for a small space. Convenient parking. Lots of soap, coffee, etc. Overall, room seemed clean.

The bed was not as clean as we expected. Upon pulling back the duvet, there was a lot of hair (not ours) and bits of debri, sand, etc on the sheets. That was a really unpleasant surprise.

There was NO closet …….NO hangars……(we had to buy them!)we were traveling for a reunion and had dresses and suits with us….. NO place to hang anything. No place in the shower to even put a bar of soap, no counter in bathroom for toiletries. We had to ask for a hairdryer and an ironing board. We were able to borrow both, but NO ironing board?!……. Not everyone travels to topsail for the beach only….. I would have imagined if you put that much money into a remodel that more thought would have been put into it! Disappointing to say the least.

I loved that it was so close to the beach and the perks that came with it like the bikes you can use to ride and the pool with pool toys and the grills this was my second time staying at loggerhead and it gets better and better every time going to be the only place I go to
