Large hotel with a coffee shop in the bright lobby and very friendly front desk staff. Alexander was able to arrange for us to have an ocean view room after our dates changed and we couldn’t book the same room style room we originally wanted. We mentioned a burned out light bulb and it was replaced while we were at dinner. We were happy with the hotel, coffee shop, restaurant, and beach front amenities. We were thrilled with the level of care, service, and communication with the front desk. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Not having the lobby on the same level as the main entrance was confusing for a second, but someone was there to help us and it wasn’t a big deal. The room doors aren’t sound-proof, so we were awakened by people quietly talking in the hall at 2 am and then early in the morning when a dog was barking in the hallway. The coffee shop (which had good coffee options) only had sweet breakfast items such as scones with icing on top and chocolate croissants—there should also be savory options.

Very nice location for all beach activities.... walk from the outside pool area to the beach.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon and checked in. We did not require nor request the room to be serviced by housekeeping on Monday. On Tuesday, we went to breakfast around 7:30am and housekeeping was in the hall moving their way through the rooms. We returned to the room after breakfast, changed clothes and spent the day on the beach. The room had not been serviced when we returned around 2:00pm. We went out and returned later that evening around 7:30pm -- the room had not been serviced and we had to go down to the lobby to get fresh towels and washcloths. No explanation was provided as to why the room had not been serviced.

location is right on the beach; late check-out was nice; i didn't use any of them, but having the multiple pools and spas was beneficial, esp for families and young children; fantastic staff; fitness center was clean and well stocked (I wasn't planning on working out every day, but the gym was well stocked and everything worked); parking on-site was helpful; great wi-fi and TV channel selection; pretty quiet between rooms and floors; good size fridge and microwave and comfortable bed and pillows

breakfast included would have been nice; a better coffee setup (e.g. individual creamers, sugars, more coffee pods) inside the room would have been preferred

The location is right on the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee bar as well. The indoor pools was great for family when you got exhausted at the beach or when it rain. The warm indoor pool is excellent especially when it got chilly.

The front desk didn't give me any information especially being a first time guest. They rushed me off when I was checking in and I felt very lost. The rest of the staff was excellent and they explained to me how to find all their facilities and gave me recommendations about the local area plus the restaurants inside the hotel.

This was an amazing stay! Almost all staff members exceeded our expectations of a great service. The facility is clean, the room had a fridge, a TV, spacious restroom, and an amazing view of the sunset. Overall greatly satisfied and the direct beach access is definitely an asset!

There was just one person who made the check-in process stressful for my friend (she arrived later than me), who did not make a reasonable effort to find the reservation and provide a keycard and a parking pass. But we resolved the situation later on with another staff member.

Nice hotel! Very clean and convenient to the beach with pool and hot tub. Beds were comfy and we had a great view.

Wayyy over priced. I'm very picky about where I stay. This place was very clean which is my top priority. The location and view are great and it's convenient to the beach and has a pool and restaurant so you really don't have to leave for anything. I have, however, stayed at other places just as nice at half the price. I loved it but wouldn't pay that much again.

The property was beautiful. Very clean and inviting. The staff was awesome!! I asked for a room with an ocean view and they were able to accommodate me with no problem!

The guests in the room next to us were very loud so We were able to hear every word they said. It felt like the walls were super thin. I also wish they had complimentary coffee for just a basic cup of coffee. The coffee bar was nice for specialty cappuccino and such. But a free cup of coffee would have been a nice touch.

The property has two pools, one indoors and one outdoors, and a direct beach access. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrain and breathtaking scenery (I stayed in a sunset view room). Absolutely exceptional. Oh don’t forget the gift shop! AND they serve great breakfast with an omelette station :)

Indoor pool is a little too humid being indoors and all. Can’t think of anything else I disliked :D

Pools, Staff, Cleanliness. Pools were great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and fresh.

The Restaurant was extremely expensive. Food was not worth the price. Drinks were expensive for the small amount they give. When the ice fills my glass but the liquid doesn't even cover the ice. I feel like I'm getting ripped off. There are far better restaurants that charge way less within a short walk. Or a 2 min drive.

Liz and Travis (the bartenders) made great suggestions for me and my boyfriend as far as how to pick from the AWESOME food. The steak was the best steak I’ve had in Wilmington ever and we both have lived here for over 15 years. Pork belly was to die for and the peanut butter chocolate cake was superb. Liz provided amazing customer service, great conversation, and we just really had an amazing meal. Thank you Liz!!!
