We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fantastic, and our spacious room comfortably accommodated me, my husband, and our fur baby. The staff was kind and welcoming, and we appreciated thoughtful touches like dog waste bags provided outside. The blackout shades were a great feature, allowing my husband to sleep in while I visited nearby family. With two working elevators, wait times were minimal, and there was plenty of room for my service dog and other guests. The indoor pool was clean and well maintained, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxing or grilling. I especially appreciated the stovetop induction burner in the room—it made it easy for us to prepare meals for our dog during our stay

The breakfast had decent options. My air conditioner wasn’t performing appropriately from arrival to second day. I left a request at the front desk for the problem to be addressed. No assessment was done. I called back and Chris Stone come up, assessed the situation, and actually changed the air conditioner! He went above and beyond for my comfort. He was also very personable and friendly. He made my second night comfortable. He represented your company at a 10/10 standard. The front desk staff were very pleasant. I suggest having house keeping daily if only to pick up trash and dirty linen.

I would suggest follow up on work request. I would also request daily trash and linen removal from housekeeping. The housekeeping staff I met was very approachable and helpful. The standard is to clean room every other day.

Loved it there. Very comfortable. The suite was super nice with a full size fridge and dishwasher. You could live there for months if you needed to. I read several reviews that the beds were comfortable and they were great! Also, the shower was like Niagara Falls. Awesome water pressure! Loved it. I would definitely stay there again. 👍👍

At the time of our stay, only one elevator was working, which caused some waiting. I imagine they’ll get that repaired soon.

The hotel staff was amazing. Everything seemed clean and taken care of. Pool was awesome and breakfast set up was good.

The gaskets on the fridge door and freezer door were literally not attached. I feel like our room may have had a ticket or report just not made or forgotten because this wasn't just a small issue. The whole unit wasn't functional. There was also obvious purple drink or something in the fride. We were only there one night so I wasn't worried about it. I just let the lady at the front know the next morning. Everything else in the room seemed fine.

I booked online and part of the reason I chose this hotel is because of dog friendly. There wasn’t an option to choose to say I was bringing a dog so I had to put it in the motes. I am a new dog owner and never had a pet in the hotel so didn’t know what the fee was. It surprised me when I got there. Would be nice to have someway to add that in so I knew the total before hand.

I stayed on the 3rd floor in a king 1br suite. My 2nd to last night someone moved in above me (4th flr) with kids I am assuming as for the next 24 hours it was constant running and jumping, stomping etc... These floors have zero tolerance in regard to people above you you can hear every step! I even cut my stay one day short. Also the outside parking lot had groups of people in trucks and cars blasting the stereo around 1030-11pm. It ended eventually but I was trying to sleep so this and that combined I might not stay here again.

Person who checked me in was exceptionally nice. Very welcoming and helped with an early check-in. Everything was clean and the place smelled really nice, especially upon entering the main doors

As most would prefer, I wish it was a little cheaper. A little weird the refrigerator door opens to the left and is right to the entry door. Would seem more normal and easier to access if it opened to the right towards the entry door. Not a big deal, just didn't feel right.

This hotel was definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at! My room was very clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the breakfast was great! I will definitely be going back to stay the next I am in the area!

Breakfast was exactly what my kids needed, the selection of options was really nice. The staff were super helpful and made sure everyday we had what we needed. The location is perfect with all the stores and restaurants just walking distance to the hotel. Hands down one of my favorite hotels to stay at would definitely stay at again.

Things the hotel could work on? Possibly more lighting outside at night time. I was concerned for my wife going down to the car by herself. The heated pool was almost too hot for the pool room but the water was perfect. It felt like I was standing in a volcano but that's not my preference other people may really enjoy that.

The staff are amazing, you can bring DOGS!!! Breakfast was about as good as a free breakfast could be, no complaints. The rooms are spacious and have kitchens.

There is really nothing to do near this hotel; beaches are 45 minutes away! & the beds could be more comfy but over all excellent value and would stay again!
