Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Hot water lasted forever. Mini fridge was very big. Check in was very easy. Given privacy.

The breakfast selection was very limited. We were followed around by one man and stared at by another one like we were going to steal something. We only went once for that reason. The pool closed at 9 so we were unable to get to it at all. Room door is very heavy. Almost knocked me over a couple times. Bathroom door also heavy and wouldn't stay open. Had to pay to use washer/dryer. Mini fridge covered in a sheet of ice.

The breakfast was an extra fee, but they had good variety, including some healthy options like fresh fruit, cook-to-order eggs, and sometimes a pot of oatmeal. I heard the Indian restaurant is great, but didn't get to try it. The pool and firepits were nice. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, two table/desk areas, and a full length mirror. The room and hotel was clean, with a nice ambiance, and the surrounding area seemed decent with lots of places to shop.

Bathroom tub didn't drain, but they fixed it. The bathroom exhaust vent didn't work. The bed was a little on the firmer side. The breakfast cost extra.

The lady at the front desk was incredible!! I wish I had gotten her name. When I booked the hotel I did so through "Booking.com" and it was a mess. Booking.com never sent the reservation into the hotel so you had no record of us. After sitting in the lobby for about an hour, your front desk person told us to go ahead and go to our room and she would work it out with Booking.com. We were very impressed with that as we were tired and wanted to refreshen up. It wasn't her fault but yet she stepped in and took care of it for us. Thank you!!

The breakfast was ok, however, I ordered the omelet that had everything in it that was on the menu and I told the server that I wanted the sausage, potatoes and all the veggies in the omelet and what I got was just a veggie omelet (no potatoes, no sausage) and I had to send it back to be cooked some more because the eggs were not cooked and it had raw eggs all over the plate. But my husband's bacon and cheese omelet was good so maybe I should stick with that next time. ;)

We enjoyed a very good breakfast in the Lime & Lemon restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby. We chose the buffet and found the food to be well prepared and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Carman, the Breakfast Manager, and her assistant were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Hotel Reception and Housekeeping staff were also very helpful and friendly.

I loved the fire sitting area outside. Our king suite had a bedroom, then a main living area, and then a bathroom All employees were amazing

When getting breakfast included online, you just get a "voucher" so you don't have to pay again. If you want anything extra like pancakes, bacon, etc.. it's extra and you don't get much for the huge price. When you want hot water in your room for a shower, you have to turn all faucets on to as hot as it will go and wait till it gets hot, and then turn the shower on. It was still an amazing place, and we unexpectedly had to leave a day early, and they helped with the cost of that room for the night.

The fire pits outside were nice, the entire property gave a comfy home feel. It's also very close to businesses and restaurants.The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and polite. My favorite part about the entire experience was after checking in, the walk to the elevator and through the halls then even into my room smelled amazingly clean!

I didn't like that my room was on the side with the dumpsters on trash day. I had a 9 1/2 hour drive to this location. I traveled a day early before my events so I could sleep in. I got to the hotel around 11:30pm and got to sleep around 1am. I woke up to the loud banging of the dumpsters pretty early, however I was able to fall back to sleep. Again everything was amazing and my biggest gripe is always cleanliness and this location was very clean. Just wish they would've put me on the other side of the hotel during the morning of trash day.

I loved the staff, everyone at the front desk was super helpful. The location was great since it was right near a lot of restraunts. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was good too.

My room included breakfast but when I went down for breakfast they said that only cereal was included but waffles and sausage I had to pay extra for. We stayed 4 days and the cleaning staff never came to our room to get dirty towels or trash.

We booked this in preparation for my brother’s Military promotion ceremony. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean, everywhere. The employees were all friendly and eager to help. We indulged and the Lemon and Lime Bar and AJ was a wonderful bartender. 10000/10. I will never stay at another hotel in Jacksonville.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the building itself is beautiful. Parking was easy and we were able to always have parking close to the building.

There was nothing that I did not like about this facility. Definitely have recommended it to others.
