The staff were very friendly. I did not realize that it was a pet-friendly hotel when I booked it as I usually just skip over those, however we came upon the booking last minute and saw the good reviews and booked. It is a smoke free hotel, although there were people smoking outside and we could smell it when we left, didn't matter we were outside. Cozy room and although we didn't use the hot plate or utensils we did utilize the refrigerator for our snacks.

Comfortable beds. The fire pit was nice, and the daily breakfast was very good. I loved that it had good hours, instead of thinking everyone was up at 5:30 am, like many places! My grandson and his friend loved the basketball court. Most of the staff were really very helpful, especially the girl with the very long dark hair! I was very happy with the noon checkout time! I would stay there again.

The check-in person was quite rude, and absent from the desk when I was calling out. Wifi and tvs were out of service for a while. There was no ice bucket in the room, and the ice maker was turned off. When we

EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD FROM CHECKING IN TO CHECKING OUT. THE BREAKFASTS WERE VERY WELL PREPARED AND ORGANIZED. THE AREA WAS VERY QUIET, AMPLE HANDICAP PARKING WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE. THE SUITES WERE VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. A VERY SAFE FEELING ENVIROMENT.

OUR ROOMS WERE A LITTLE FAR FROM THE ELEVATOR FOR MY 89 YR OLD MOM. I THOUGHT I REQUESTED CLOSE TO ELEVATOR IF POSSIBLE. BUT, SHE HANDLED TO WALK BETTER EACH DAY. NOT REALLY DISLIKE.

The front desk receptionist was impeccably helpful and had such a positive attitude about Our stay and knowledgeable about any and All aspects of the Hotel! Ms.Natalie is an example of someone who'd U'd want at every Hotel stay! She was Our reservationist, Hostess and complete fixer of any questions or issues we might had, had!?! Although nothing came about in a negative light,....but I know if there was anything we needed, Ms. Natalie would have taken care of it promptly!! She really is a genuine plus, that Staybridge has in their favor for us patrons! This Hotel is very family oriented and truly a pleasure to stay at! We were there for a family issue, and dealing with such a easy-going and professional establishment, made everything soo much easier and more relaxed! I like the size of the room and that there was soap, shampoo, and and all that in the room

I didn’t like that there wasn’t trash bags in the room. Well, at least my room. My bathtub was dirty. I literally cleaned it out before I let my grandkids take a bath in there. They had like some black Dustin dirt like it didn’t get wiped out all the way in my room smelled like dog.

The room was very clean and spacious. We arrived very late or early in the morning 2am the night front desk agent I forget his name he was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating my wife and I were exhausted when we checked in I wanted a juice or something to drink before heading to bed and he went out of his way to get my wife and I two pineapple juices we will definitely be staying there again

Outstanding, It had everything you could want for breakfast.

The drapes in our room fell short of covering the window by 2 inches, anyone could look right in. Being on the 1st floor made it a bit uncomfortable knowing we would be on display for anyone walking past. I mentioned it at checkout and she said she would lot maintenance know about it. The whole thing needs to come down and be moved over two inches to cover the opening.

I've stayed at this location 2× and both times I never had a complaint. The receptionist is everything. The room is really clean, and the bed is really comfortable. Very friendly environment. The food is very hot n cooked well. Every time I return to North Carolina, this is my location.

Very clean And accommodating

We had to change our own sheets and get fresh towels ( I was informed by front desk that because this is not done on weekends) very disappointing because most my hotels usage in life has been on weekend . Who wants to sleep on dirty sheets ???

The Hotel really is incredible for the price. Breakfast was great, Free Dinner mon-wed as well! I will only stay here for future visits to Jacksonville. The staff were all so nice. Natalie was super helpful
