The staff is always so kind and i love the cookies!!!!

Have stayed there before the staff is always amazing, but I would have to say this time my room smelled like a wet dog and the bathroom floor and the corners and around the toilet were nasty. I ended up wiping around the toilet just to make sure that it was clean it has hair in the corners, we removed the trash bag inside the trashcan and it was disgusting like something spilled before us, I did tell the lady when I checked out and she said that there was new staffing training and I didn’t really make a big deal about it because I can’t. The staff is always so kind and I was able to overlook all of it but new employees or not Everyone should know how to clean the Bathroom, The stuff packed in the corners was pretty much like someone did not even try

Location was perfect for visiting my grandkids who live near by. Room, service and amenities were perfect!!

I was disappointed that 2 out of 3 treadmills in gym were out of order and Wednesday , one man monopolized the only working one. I think he was working remotely while walking on treadmill. He had 2 laptops going and I kid you not, he was using all day!! I should have spoke up, but didn't. so I take some responsibility for that

Check-in to the room was quick, the staff was attentive and kind. The room was spacious and clean enough. wonderful lighting of the toilet, corridor and main room. fresh breakfast, enough choice of products. We are traveling with small chihuahuas, there is a place to walk, very clean area around the hotel.

Everything was fine. Thank you for the coffee machine in the room. No foreign odours were noticeable in the room.

This is the best experience I had in a hotel, their staff was very friendly, the hotel was super clean all of the time. There was no noise during the night, beds were conmy they had lost of complimentary stuff to help pur stay. We will be back for sure, besides it is super close to the beach. I loved it.

Location was easy to get to and easy to access in/out. Breakfast was adequate and included the basics found at other hotels. Lobby area was clean and inviting and the desk staff was very friendly.

The room, although comfortable and roomy, was a bit "old." The bathrooms could use an update but they were adequate.

The room was AWESOME 👌🏾 all the women staff were great!

In sequential order Our refrigerator was subpar.it did the job, but could have been colder we had it all the way up! Called front desk about it no one ever came. The breakfast was good, but not what I expected 😕. The staff serving were diligent and kind! Lastly and most important! One staff member was not nice...not kind and treated me as if I didn't exsist. He looked me in the face and said NOTHING! His name was Justin he's was talking with a lady who worked there with a hat on. I'm in customer service, and the customers are the most important. He didn't make me feel that way 😔

The location was perfect for dinner appointment we had.

I left my bathroom toilettes behind. I called the hotel the next morning and it wasn't found. Disappointment that personal item was not turned in by cleaning service. The bag was personalized.

Everything thing was exceptional here! We were treated excellent by staff here! The room was incredible, beds were perfect, room/bathroom was clean and above our standards. The pool was well maintained and perfect for us!!!

We loved it all.

Breakfast was good first morning but second morning little slim on food and a little long on getting more out but overall not bad

They need to have the food fixed and have someone that stays on the hot food and maybe a variety of meat the chicken sausage was not good to me especially on weekends

The convenience of Location! The cleaness of the hotel. The Hassel free checkin/out!! Free cookies!!

Only the weather!! Lol, only the last day we were there did we have nice enough weather to enjoy the beach and pool. On a side note, the TV in the room was fairly far away from the bed. Not that it was a problem, but it could be. Not a deal breaker and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
