The pool was nice and so was the free breakfast! And the staff was wonderful!

The only issue I had was that the room was pretty dirty. The bathroom was horrible all the metal was stained with smeared finger prints. There’s wasn’t mush attention to detail when cleaning any of the shower. Part of a tile was broke on the fun wall and they cleared paired right over it. They even got paint on the handicap bars in the rub. I did one swipe and it came right off. None of the trash cans had any bags. The sheets were dirty as well. I’ve definitely seen worse but also better. 7 out of 10

The hotel wasn’t trashy! They had an open pull and a great breakfast every morning and after a certain time at night if you didn’t have a hotel key you could get in so definitely made me feel safe!

We were on the first floor and housekeeping only came by once in the week we stayed but only cause I had to go complain to the front desk!

The hotel is located in a convenient area. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly. The hotel offered great amenities such as a pool, elevator, complimentary breakfast, snacks for purchase, etc. There were a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Overall, we had a positive experience and will consider staying again if we visit Jacksonville, North Carolina again.

The walls were not very sound proof as we were able to hear several other guests on our floor knocking on nearby doors, talking, running, etc. throughout the evening. Additionally, our shower didn’t have a pull tab to switch the water to come out of the shower head. (You have to pull down on the faucet instead) We had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to work the shower. 😅

Close to where I needed to be for the week.

The website on booking showed the description to have a sofa bed (we did not have). Just because we had kids (who did not stay the entire time) we were moved from our original room.

The staff was great and helpful place was clean.

Pool was down and got the run around about nobody knew when it would be back up until one staff member gave me a direct answer. I wasn't able to use the pool at all during my stay. No indoor pool or hot tub. Come on, a hot tub is a must with your guest, especially when you have a great hotel.

There was a fight next door in room 213, that scare my wife, and great grands, that was in the room at the time..

The breakfast was very good! There were many choices. The coffee was excellent. The attendant was very polite and she maintained a steady supply of food.

The only thing that I can think of that could’ve been better was a few more choices on the hot food. The only choice of meat was bacon. I also enjoy eating sausage. I love biscuits and gravy.

Breakfast was great. The bold coffee was awesome. Loved it! Staff was very nice and professional.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. it was renovated and shower/tub was excellent with good drainage. Quiche for breakfast and great coffee; there were lots more, too.

There was a lot of construction still going on and the elevator was the only thing that needed upgrading. The bathroom sink was clogged which they came to clear, but was short lived. Main thing is the shower/tub was excellent!
