The staff was amazing. Housekeeping was very respectable. The pool area was clean, and there was no debris in the pool. Plenty of parking. They had towels ready and available within the pool area. It was comfortable and I would reuse their accommodations if I visit NC again as well had suggest it to others.

The breakfast could be better. The eggs, sausages, and biscuits was all microwaved cooked. The bagels seem hard/ tough. It was also the same thing every morning. The towels and wash clothes could have more thread. They was paper thin. Increase the water pressure coming out of the shower head. My grandson kept stumbling over a corner of the bedframe, leaving that was sticking out. He ends up with three cuts. My son also got hurt by it.

Hotel was clean and neat. I like the bodywash and conditioning shampoo being in a pump. Mini fridge came in handy. Enough storage space for a couple. Front desk was very friendly. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. We were there for 2 nights. I believe it was well worth the price paid.

I'm an avid coffee drinker. There was a single serve coffee pot in the room. We were supposed to have a decafe pod and a regular coffee pod. We had 2 decafe pods. I went to front desk to see about getting a few regular coffee pods. Front desk clerk said she didn't have access to said pods. I decided to make one of the decafe pods. There was an opened pod in the water reservoir that smelled of stale coffee. I proceeded to use a fresh decafe pod. I am a regular coffee drinker, so of course, it was nasty. Also, the coffee pot was up a little too high. Online said there was a continental breakfast. We were never informed by the front desk or any pamphlets as to when and where.

The facility was clean like always. Breakfast was great like always! Everyone was very nice like always! Keep up the great work 👍🏾 We stay here at least twice a month visiting my nephew at camp LeJeune.

My room and my nieces room which was next to mine on the first floor 113 and 111 smelled mildewy. My niece got her room switched, I stayed in mines because it wasn't that bad at first but then it started to smell strongly of mildew/mold.

The front desk reception Steven was the most helpful employee that I've ever met to work the front desk in any hotel and I've been to a few of them in my day. Any questions you might have he was right there to answer me first time I ever stayed in Jacksonville and I liked it so much I'm staying there about 15 hotels in a little square area here this is by far the best I've ever anywhere I have stated one in Orlando a couple actually in Orlando had all the bells and whistles but they didn't have the quality people there on a one-to-one basis I would gladly stay here again

The TV was mounted on the side of the bed instead of straight on and a bench anywhere you can smoke, text drink a coffee 😜

First, the basics were covered completely, clean rooms and facility friendly and very helpful staff. The pool was clean and maintained, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. We had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short and not only did they refund the nights not stayed they was so compassionate and honestly sympathetic, especially the young man at the front desk he truly made me feel better in a time I needed it. Thank you young man and the whole staff there.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave early, so to correct that, we will be returning soon!

Very good value. Excellent price for a clean, comfortable room.

Shower head is high for someone like me of average height (5’9”). Kind of hard to get wet. Breakfast was very good, but I like the coffee to be stronger. It was quite weak. Those who like weaker coffee can always add hot water or creamer. But those of us who like it strong are just out of luck.

Very nice, modern and clean. We had a small room with a queen bed and it perfect for my husband and I.

Very thin walls. We could literally hear the room next to us whole phone call conversation, Including the other person on the phone and he was not on speaker. Phone conversation went on for an hour and a half until he hung up at 11:26 pm!

Very quiet. No outside noise from hallway and road. I was able to adjust my temp in the room. Front desk was very helpful as well as the staff for breakfast. Even when I decided to stay an extra night, the front desk let me keep the same room

Only complaint—towels were not refreshed after I decided to stay an additional night .

The staff were extremely friendly! Very personable, we checked in late at night and the evening manager seemed happy to be there and carried a conversation with us!

The doors shut very loudly and the walls are very thin…of course there’s not much you can do about that. But you could hear people walking above us. I also thought our room felt damp at times.

Very Clean rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. The price is affordable, the hotel conveniently located to stores and activities. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Be sure to turn the refrigerator down, it froze all my waters solid! LOL
