Clean room, very comfortable bed. Super nice front desk at check in, Erica was great. Pool was clean, coffee 24/7 in lobby was very good. B’fast staff person was super nice. Location was next door to a Dunkin’ Donuts.

Original room assigned smelled bad of cigarettes. Erica switched us to another room & was very apologetic. A/C was “okay” but not great. Breakfast food was poor. Eggs were awful. Ice machine on our floor was OOO.

Everything about the room and facility were great. The breakfast provided was really nice.

My in room ac unit started to leak on day 2, wetting the floor in front of it. About a 3 ft square section. I told front desk and was given extra towels. The unit still worked fine. It wasn't horrible, just the section in front of the window.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of renovations and improvements in progress. Good location and clean rooms. We are repeat customers at this location.

Check in isn't til 4pm but there's alot to do in the area until then.

Liked the pancakes, cereal. Coffee a little strong. Very clean! Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Shower fascet was very dirty. Said they were going to do some remolding. No light above bath sink.

Excellent breakfast, good room, pleasant front desk staff. Good location and quiet.

We had difficulty getting hot water. The night we arrived, took in excess of 10 minutes running water to get it hot enough for bath. Morning of departure, I never got hot water for a shower.

Bathroom door did not latch/lock, refrigerator was in tray so had to pull it out, no ice machine on second floor, pool was not open

The receptionist was amazing! She went out to help my family and myself. Bed was very comfortable!

Squeaky bathtub. Felt like I was going to fall the 1st floor when I took my shower. Shower curtain was dirty.

The room was cozy, it was a nice hotel. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like how someone unlocked the door and walked into my room on my last day at the hotel. It was 9:30 am. Thank goodness I wasn't changing at the time.

Clean, friendly staff. Room was cold which I like. Has a pool.

Took about 10 minutes for water to warm up in the shower.

Loved the spa bathtub! That was a pleasant surprise. Good location for my purposes.
