Another awesome visit with OVI! The staff was very pleasant. The Inn's outside property area was so beautiful with the flowers. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The bed and sheets MY word; I wish I knew where they got them from!!! They were so soft and comfy we didnt even wanna get out the bed!!! 😃We love it here. We never have any problems when we visit. We had a very pleasant visit as usual here at OVI!!! We will definitely be booking here again.

The AC! My daughter and I have asthma and we need cold rooms. The room didn't get cold enough for me and I think it was because of the long curtains that hang above the unit. The air just shot right up behind the curtains. Maybe shorter curtains will work so the air won't go in that direction but is able to flow throughout the room better. This did not effect our stay though. The room was nice and cool however as I stated due to asthma issues I normally need a very cold room. We will still book here but will just bring our fans next time.

Located walking distance from the pier. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed at the newly renovated side. Facing the ocean. I loved the updated LED mirror. I like how the “makeup and hair” station wasn’t in the same room as a hot shower. It had plenty of counter space around the sink for curling iron and such. The mattress was comfortable. The floors were nice. Cute beachy comforter decor. Best hotel staff I’ve encountered in a while for a relatively inexpensive motel

The shower could have used updated knobs and a better drainage. Water backed up in the tub, which I believe was from all the sand. I would get rid of the shower tile on the wall and make it one smooth piece. That eliminates cleaning very hard to remove mildew stains and gives a cleaner look. I would also add a couple more towel hooks.

I don't even know where to start! The rooms were inviting (we had 2), cozy, clean, and smelled amazing. The beds were so comfortable! As someone who suffers from chronic back pain, I woke up pain free the 2 days we were there, and didn't need to take any pain meds until later in the evenings. Although not technically oceanfront, a short walk through the parking lots and you were at the beach/pier. The local restaurants had amazing food.

Everything was great.

The staff went above and beyond always checking on us and always making sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The staff even had a conversation with us.

I wish there were more things to do more activities but overall was an enjoy full vacation. There's not many places to take kids very minimal we didn't take our kids on this vacation.

The location was perfect next to the pier. Walking distance to the beach and the pier for fishing. It was also within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was very clean and housekeeping was daily.

I am not sure what else could have been better. We mainly slept and showered there. We were out most of the day. It was perfect for our needs. We have family in the area so are knowledgeable of the activities in the area,

Walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and the pier. Bed was comfortable. Fresh towels daily if requested. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The walls (closet area) and bathroom was not very clean. Had issues with the mini fridge not cooling. The shower curtain was stained.

The rooms were not well cleaned the walls had stain and spills. Soda residue on walls where trash can was trash can had no lid. Bathroom had hairs and dust. The top of headboard was very dusty.

staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. very warm and friendly.

The view out the window is the biggest drawback. Looking at chain link fencing and motor homes/single wides is depressing. Recommend replacing chain link fencing with a solid plaster walls or vinyl fencing and some more planting to help block out the surrounding lots.

Great location to beach, restaurants and Parks. Staff was exceptional! Provided extra coffee! Extreamly comfort and roomy room. Very! Clean Room except for the floors.

the vinyl floors could have been better mopped, they were as were my feet after taking off my socks.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had an unanticipated late arrival and they were very kind about accommodating us, which I was grateful for. It isn't immediately on the water but across a parking lot and pier/public beach entrance. If you are hoping for an ocean view, you will really only get this from the second floor but you can still see water a bit from the ground floor. Rooms were nicely updated and beds were comfy; I imagine bathroom renovations are next on the list but the vanities are all new and very spacious. Room had a refrigerator, which is always appreciated. We would stay here again!

The bath/shower fixtures were finicky and could use a replacement. Again, if you are aiming to be right ON the beach with an unobstructed ocean view from your room, you may be disappointed on the first floor. But the wonderful staff and the very clean room make up for that shortcoming, in our opinion.
