The price was a really good offer for two rooms! They were clean and they felt comfortable sleeping there.

My employees had to wait around 20 mins to check in because they said they were working on fixing another room. Breakfast was grab & go. Staff was friendly other then those things mentioned above there is nothing to complain about.

No complaints to be honest.. proof that you can get a great valued inexpensive hotel that has great service, nice clean updated rooms with appliances that work, and hot water !! The pool was nice and open but too cold outside to swim..Breakfast was great as well !! You have done an awesome job providing a great stay at a low cost !!! I highly recommend !!!

Great location! It is centrally located for all of our outings. The staff members working when we checked in and the staff member working when we checked out were amazing and so friendly! Checking in and checking out was quick and efficient!

There wasn’t anything that we did not like. We enjoyed our stay. No complaints at all from us. We had a great experience with our stay there.

When we first checked in, they put us in a pet room, even though we had no pets but once we got moved, it was fantastic.

I didn’t like the fact that I only had two towels for my entire stay for 11 days. I even went to the laundromat and wash them myself.

Could of offered more selections of food but overall was great see juice available and coffee but I like cereal so it was a win for me

Beds seem little stiff i tossed and turned

I liked the cleanliness . We loved the comfort of the bed and pillows. It felt like home.

I didn't like being on second floor bc I have a bad knee. That was my bad tho, I didn't even think of asking or requesting bottom floor.

Location

The room was dirty, the pool was dirty, breakfast was not restocked and the front desk lady was on her phone constantly. I requested for a room in the first floor and was denied because there was no room and there was no one staying in those room all weekend long.

We loved the location. Staff very friendly! It was cleaner than expected!

Top side cleaning is not enough! We had a no smoking room ,but what our neighbors were smoking it filled our room , understand we DO NOT SMOKE! I was afraid we both would end up high! We had to leave early because the bed was not comfortable! And of coarse they don’t do refunds! One very important thought never have adjoining rooms unless it someone you know and know you as well!

My visit to the area was due to an illness in my family. The staff asked me daily how things were going and even asked if I had been taking care of myself, eating and resting. This is exactly how I expected to be treated by family, and this is how they treated me. Like family.

I enjoyed the entire resort experience from the complimentary breakfast to the roof top pool and view.

Nothing, everything was lovely.
