The location was great, with downtown Morehead right outside. The views from the suite were amazing! Everything was clean, and everyone was friendly. I was able to watch the Christmas flotilla from a warm comfortable room. Breakfast was delivered to the door each day, and they have a great hot beverage bar in the lobby. I can't wait to go back!!

Everything was excellent! Room, view, hospitality, friendly and service oriented staff - all of it, spot on! We had to leave extremely early in the morning to catch a ferry and the staff made our entire family breakfast to go and had it waiting for us at the front desk. They also told my kids (teen boys) about the bicycles and they loved riding around down by the marina. We had never stayed before and wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a sweet surprise! No doubt we'll be back! Only a short one hour trip to the ferry for anyone heading to Ocracoke from Cedar Island. So convenient!

The view was absolutely stunning! The suite was very spacious and beautiful. The furniture in the sitting room was very pretty; however, it could have been a little more comfortable. The breakfast was very good; even in the box, it was warm and more than enough.

The location was fantastic! Gorgeous view from the balcony and the staff was so kind and helpful any time we needed something. Main bed was very comfortable and the separate living area was nice and spacious. We'll absolutely be back!

I wish the listing would update that breakfast isn't your standard buffet-type continental, but an order form where you pick one type of meal and a beverage. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable and the kids didn't sleep well. It's worth it to upgrade to double beds, if available.

The location was great. We were celebrating a weekend honeymoon. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast Was not what we expected . It was a breakfast in a bag, not so good. It was cold and we had to request it to be heated. The carpet in the living room had a couple of big stains around the dining area. There was mold around the shower edges and needed recaulted and water drained on the floor and the air conditioner was disturbingly loud. Considering these problems the stay was enjoyable and we'd stay again. We voiced our concerns about the bathroom and was told the rooms were being renovated.

Know you can not help it construction going on,but staff was very helpful, I was towing a atv,they looked after me with overflow parking may should consider tourist pulling trailers,this was our 26th anniversary together, it was fantastic accommodations, need carts for us old folk to haul luggage to room 😀 ,thank yall so much!!

Loved the room and how it had a full kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom was separate. The price was amazing for all it came with

The bathroom was not the best for cleanliness. Didn't vacuum floors or mop bathroom floors. Sink had long hairs in it along with the shower. Otherwise amazing room. Just need to have cleaners so the job correctly and fully!

Nice room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was very handy and the sitting area was relaxing. Everything was very spacious and within close walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops.

The recent renovations were obvious, some things hadn't even been cleaned up yet or were even operable. The AC unit was very loud and the chairs/couch needed extra cushioning. TV in sitting area couldn't get picture, just audio.

6th floor view was fabulous. Got to see the boats along the waterfront. The location is 2 1/2 blocks away from our fishing trip on the Carolina Princess. We walked to the boat in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. Good walkability to restaurants too. This hotel used to be the Harborview nursing home where my grandmother spent her last days. I know she was with me.

Nothing was a problem.

Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants on the waterfront. Lots of local shops in walking distance too. Parking was easy and convenient. Room was very comfortable with lots of space. Separate sitting room and kitchen were a plus. Loved the oversized vanity in the bathroom.

Some construction noise but I can't blame that on the hotel.
