I like the location, I like the parking, I love the people that work there, I like the layout of the gathering areas, and I like the layout of the rooms,. The bathrooms are very clean. The towels and kitchens are quite cleaned

the carpeting on the floor holds some odor occasionally though and I know it’s the beach and there’s lots of humidity to deal with, but I don’t think that’s any fault of the hotel. I might recommend no carpeting so you can mop the floors and keep the humidity from building up in the rooms. Unfortunately people do bring pets and do smoke in those places in that odor is always held in carpets and curtains, but the place is such a good location such a good value and a nice layout.

Absolutely the best hotel in Beaufort, NC. That will not break the bank hands down! Super clean and spacious room and outside lounge areas. The staff is awesome, caring, and very knowledgeable about the area. Room service was also superb, they attended my needs almost immediately! Everything for the most part is in walking distance bars/restaurants. There’s also a scuba dive shop/school next door with plenty of charters to choose from any day of the week/weekend (that was a big plus) 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be staying here again for work trips or just for fun. Again thank you to the awesome staff!!!

Suite 204 had everything I could want-- small but fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed (with extra pillows and blankets), blackout curtains, plenty of closet space, adjustable heat/AC unit that works well, and plenty of seating (sofa, reading chair, large desk, 2-person dining table). Private parking and in a quiet part of town. Staff were friendly and helpful when I checked in.

Only downside- WIFI signal was weak; not great for work but no problem if you're on vacation.

The owners seemed to have made an effort to make what looked t be an older property as pleasant and comfortable as possible. They also responded to our needs quickly. The large balcony at the front of the building was nice to sit and enjoy the evening. We wished they’d lowered the lights later - it was too bright.

It was generally quiet, but I could hear movement above starting shortly after 5 am from people getting up. The balcony off the room was useless. There was room only for one chair and there isn’t a view. The bathroom (ring in toilet) needed some attention.

This suite was very roomy. Everything we needed was there. We had very little contact with any employees. We had to pick up our key from a diving facility located behind the hotel. I would stay here again. We loved this little town.

The check in process was rather impersonal. That was not a deal breaker but after our long drive, we had to follow the directions left on the door to check in and get our key.

The staff was pleasant, the room is clean and tidy. Large bathroom. Kitchen, stove, etc in the unit. Nice sliding door. Being next door to a store was convenient.

It was confusing finding the place. There are limited and cramped parking spaces. The patio to the unit is very small. Not much to do in the area. The place can use an update, the decor and furniture are outdated.

What breakfast?

The dishwasher didn’t work but I didn’t need it anyway. Why does anyone need a dishwasher in a room like that? Stocking the fridge with a few things such as juice would have been much more useful, especially without a Harris teeter around the corner. Also, what do you cook in, serve food on, or eat with?

Great value. Clean and comfortable rooms. We will definitely be back and will share with our friends the good value for the size and how well the rooms are equipped with amenities. Easy check in at the dive shop nearby. Loved our stay there.

Little confused finding the dive shop to check in. Very friendly staff at the shop. It was our first time there. Now we know.

Friendly people & beautiful facility in a lovely location…. Extremely comfortable….. very nice kitchenette & walk-in shower….. We especially loved the beautiful veranda on our floor….. This would be a great location for a family reunion, with such a pleasant outdoor gathering space..……

Everything was great….. can’t think of any way to improve further……. 🙂

Great water pressure! Going to the Dive Shop was questionable for me, but the staff there was very helpful and fun to talk to. I left my comments on the form left in the room. Overall, a good experience and an excellent place for a long-term stay for a family vacation.

I only questioned going to The Dive Shop since there was no one at the front desk.
