The new “facelift”. Loved the new outside furniture and beach chairs. Appreciated the coffee in the lobby since no restaurant. Staff was extremely courteous.

The soap, shampoo and conditioners in the shower- one had fallen down and was in the shower when we came in the room. We had trouble with the toilet flushing but it finally resolved itself. It almost overflowed 2 times before we realized it. It smelled pike bleach when we got into tue room and found out it was because moldy smells were coming up from the drains. Ugh. Had to keep the bathroom door closed.

Love that every room has a balcony and overlooks the ocean. Clean and very comfortable bed! Easy walk to the ⛱️ beach.

Restaurant is still not open, and there is no light breakfast offered. There are no food options within walking distance.

Amenities were great! The poolside bar and restaurant were really nice and we enjoyed the pool and play area. The area where the games were is nice as well for those times you need a break from outside! Very easy walk to beach and the chairs and umbrellas were nice!

Didn’t mind not having room service each day but it wasn’t always easy to get extra towels and toilet paper etc needed during our stay. Our door lock was broken and the door was extremely squeaky and they said it would get fixed but it didn’t during our stay. Very minor, but the shower curtain was very aggravating and stuck to you the whole time you were showering.

Ocean front view is fabulous. Ocean views from the restaurant and the grounds are equally lovely. The pool and hot tub are super nice with lots of tables/lounge chairs available for use. When you take the easy access to the beach, the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. The restaurant is finally open, offering a wonderful convenience and the food is great. We enjoyed the game room that has oversized games: Connect Four, Uno & more. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

If I had to pick something that I didn't like that much, I suppose I would say the chairs in the restaurant weren't all that comfortable. But food is great and we ate there for several meals.

I was so happy to just have a balcony over looking the beach!! The staff was so friendly from arrival to departure. A lovely lady working that helped me find a beach towel told me as long as I was checked out of my room by 11am it was okay to stay on property for awhile longer,so I grabbed a beach chair and enjoyed the amazing location on the beach!

As with most beach front property of course it was a little weathered, but it didn’t really bother me! For the very fair price and balcony with sea view- I’ve stayed at luxury hotels that could never compete with that location!

I love the location, overall nice hotel, I liked the beach chairs provided, staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was not aware there was a charge (somewhat pricey) for parking per night. The bathrooms were small, and bathroom and floors could be cleaner. I did not like that you need to ask for additional towels, towels and coffee, etc provided per day for 2 people was inadequate.

So many great things about this hotel! The staff are amazing and made me feel at home from check in to check out. The entire property is beautiful and exceptionally maintained, and the room was spotless. Very comfortable bed and pillows I wish I could have brought home. :) Private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a stunning view of the beach, even from inside the room thanks to the large windows/sliding glass doors. Already booked two more stays. Can hardly wait to go back!

There is nothing I disliked about this property. Everything was wonderful.

Loved the Beach access from the Hotel as it is easy and close to navigate. The pool and hot tub are amazing. All the rooms are oceanfront and provide wonderful views. Each balcony has a small table and comfortable chairs. Loved that the hotel puts out chairs and umbrellas for their guests on the beach. All staff are incredibly friendly.

Didn't like that too much renovation was going on and caused multiple areas to be closed, like: restaurant, playground and the outdoor grounds near the shore. Also, wasn't a fan of drunk folks being loud near tiki bar which is located right beside pool. One man was so drunk he fell inside the enclosed pool area & continued to try to walk around pool while stumbling and heavily leaning to one side. No staff aided in this situation, nor encouraged him to leave pool area for his safety.

I had an emergency and my plans changed at the last minute. I needed to keep some and change some of my reservation. Apparently it was too close to my arrival and you stated you could not help me. I called Crystal Coast and spoke with E’Lana. She was sympathetic, carrying, and very effective! In short order she rearranged my reservation and held it for me, even though I was on the road and not able to immediately respond. Also, when I arrived she came from her office and explained the reservation to the receptionist who was having some difficulty checking us in. In short order we were in our room enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean!

Would like some soft pillows.

The balcony is our favorite part ( including the view ). Hanging out on the beach. We brought our own umbrella and it helped us be able to stay out there most all day.

Restaurant situation. This is the second year of issues while we were there. There are no eating establishments very close. I'm surprised they didn't have any food trucks there. IMO, they could have made a killing. Hopefully, next year this will be taken care of. Although, we are still planning to return for as long as we are able. If we didn't have to leave for meals, it would be the perfect vacation for us.
