This place is an absolute gem! Friendliest staff I have encountered in the U.S. in years. Christina’s (Property Manager) communication before and during our stay was extremely helpful. Whenever we needed something for our room she responded quickly and kindly. The overall property exceeded all of our expectations and we will gladly stay again if we are remotely close by.

The staff was very friendly

The TV kept freezing when I attempted to use it. I finally had to give up and watch on my tablet and it took forever to turn off because it kept turning back on. Also wished it had a tv in the bedroom so 2 different people could watch something. But those are minor things.

Very nice and very clean facility. The rooms were very nice with the separate bedroom and kitchenette. Older facility but the upkeep was immaculate. Very well taken care of. Will definitely be staying there again. Great value for the money! Lots of convenience to nearby attractions. About four blocks walk to the beach.

The AC was located in the back bedroom and in order to have cool air in the front you had to leave the bedroom door open. That is the only issue I could find with the entire facility.

The room had 3 full sized beds and had a separate room for 2 of the beds. Came with a small kitchen with a stove and oven and fridge. Perfect size for a family of 6.

One of the beds had a lot of small dead bugs on them. We asked for new sheets.

Location was fantastic. Owner was so nice and the room was clean. Only like a 5 minute walk away from the beach.

The couch in the room wasn't very comfortable and the placement of the TV was high up. But we didn't spend much time in the room so wasn't a big deal.

The area, the cleanness, the bed was comfortable, the receptionist was very friendly etc.

The cracks at the bottom of the door, the cracks around the door know. In the kitchen the flooring was very weak.and the blind in the sitting room needed to be fixed. There wasn't an iron.

I liked the location and staff member was very prompt about getting the things wrong corrected

Stove smoked when turned on so I had to spend money that wasn’t in the plan, sink in apartment bathroom was stopped up kitchen floor was soft

Every room didn't have a tv remote, hide away bed in living room was broken, ice maker didn't work, and outlet kept triping in living room

Simple little place. Friendly staff and people. Not a far walk from the beach. Love it

I liked it ok for the money

We really loved the look of the bathroom and it was great for the both of us.

The door to the room was hard to shut, we weren’t told about check out time, the sofa was hard as a rock and so was the bed.
