It was a rough start at first but once I hooked up with the Mgr Linda and she got involved, it all worked perfectly. Arranging transportation with Ubers/ Lyft to MCAS Base was incredibly difficult and impossible, no drivers were ever available for the area. One morning no cars or taxi service was available, I went to Linda and explained my dilemma and fear of being late. She simply grabbed her keys and said LETS GO! and she drove me in her personal vehicle to Base- she took the time to help a complete stranger. *NO OTHER HOTEL WOULD EVER CARE SO MUCH LIKE QUALITY INN* and I cant say enough good about how she goes out of her way to help anyone in need. She doesn't just say the words 'We Care At Quality Inn' but she backs them up and SHOWS the difference between Quality Inn and other hotels. It's not the dollar that drives them to being a great place, its the people working there like Linda, the staff and the GM Mrs Swuattie that sets them aside and in a different league all together. Many many thanks to all, you guys are incredible.

Breakfast selection was very basic but good.

It was the closest thing we could find to Atlantic Beach on a short notice. The staff were all so friendly and kind.

The only thing I did not like is that our bathroom let out a sewage smell strongly to the point it would give me a headache but keeping the bathroom door helped. The floor in my room was pretty dirty I walked from the bed to bathroom in white sock and they were black on the bottom when I got back to the bed. The only thing I can say that just truly bothered me was the sewage smell from the bathroom it was really bad.

Our service was exceptional, the staff was very kind, helpful, friendly! The room is a standard size. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice little pool and workout room. The breakfast is fine and has everything you need to get the day started right. It's close to Cherry Point which is a huge bonus.

It is dated, needs remodeling, especially the bathrooms. If you want really nice place with a beautiful neighborhood this isn't your spot. The staff makes up for the inadequacies.

Check in was great! The gal at the front desk was extremely personable and helpful. I inquired about the ferry and she provided me with all the NC Ferry schedules. She explained to me the parking, breakfast, etc.

One, that I didn't get to stay longer. Two, there were no doggie poopy bags in the receptacle outside. Good thing I brought my own!!! The upper door security lock was broken. Good thing the bottom one was working!

The property in location we’re good having a pool there was amazing

We upgraded our room to have a spa tub but couldn’t even use it because it was filthy. The spa jets looks like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time when we turned it on it blew out tons of dirt and dust so we weren’t able to use it so the money we paid to upgrade it was useless 

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable, but the bed squeaked every time you sat down or got up (probably needs new box springs). We wished they had not put a family with a small baby right next to us because the baby cried - a lot - at night and the walls were thin, The hotel wasn't full and they could have put them down the hall. We didn't want to move because we were only there a few days and we had already unpacked. We also didn't want to inconvenience the folks with the baby - so we endured. The breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts - my husband ate something from there each morning, but being diabetic, I did not - I brought my own because I knew that would be the case. You can't expect them to cater to every one's special needs. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time walking the beaches - Fort Macon Beach, Atlantic Beach, Salter Path Beach, Emerald Isle Beach. We would have explored more of the mainland area if we'd had more time.

The bed squeaked, the crying baby next door, the walls were too thin.

We got there a little earlier than expected and called ahead to make sure a room would be available but there wasn’t one. Other than that the employees were very kind and super polite.

Bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Staff was nice.

Room smelled very musty and tv/remote didn't work well. Room was too pricey. Not so bad that I wouldn't go back.

The setting was good for us... Far enough away from Atlantic Beach and Morehead City so it's quieter but close enough to be convenient. The room was exceptionally clean.

The room was not ready at the time stated within the booking.com app or the hotels' website. It was a bit disappointing. Not a trip ruiner but not a plus.

The staff was helpful & friendly. The toilet in our bathroom was stopped up & the receptionist couldn't get up with the maintenance man, so she was going to fix it herself, but something broke through & everything was fine.

The floors were extremely dirty, as they hadn't been mopped in awhile.
