Nice hot breakfast, I liked all the options so I could very what I ate everyday. It was our first time in that part of NC, good point to explore.

Not their fault but the road construction outside was terrible. Location did not match the pictures, not as nice as it appeared. One of the employees was not very good at stocking the breakfast area.

They offered a very nice breakfast and it was a convenient location. The staff was very friendly at check-in and the manager was wonderful at checkout.

There was no TV Guide in the room and the TV remote did not properly work for the guide and you had to go through each individual channel to see what was on the tv. I reported this to the front desk and was told oh we will try to fix it but probably won't happen. Also a little disappointed the carpeting in the rooms was torn up and cut with multiple holes. Also there was obvious water damage to the ceiling that was bubbling.

comfortable temperature, smell, and bed. loved that the stairwells were carpeted and clean. Loved the crisp waffles.

tub showed signs of black mold; a tub&shower surround would solve all the tubs problems breakfast had only apples for fruit that no one takes; bananas and berries would be terrific for on cereal and waffles drinking water in breakfast area one day was good/tasted like it was filtered, but the next day was not! Did not want to have to buy drinking water. The infused lemon water in the lobby was too strong, especially if you just want water (despite the fact that I like lemon in my water). no cereal or muffins that are not sweetened, like bran or wheat

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

We filled out the form for clean towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mat. For replenishing coffee and coffee cups. Left this completed form on the outside door handle as instructed. When we returned to our room we discovered our request was never filled. We informed the front desk, she apologized and within very little time she arrived to our room filling our request. She was very nice, efficient and pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice size room. My wife loved the pillows on the bed. Nice breakfast. Overall, a good experience.

The sink had no hot water. We did notify the staff. Need more fresh fruit with the breakfast. We did get a spoiled yogurt one morning.

The breakfast was awesome! They do not bother you unless you need them. It was very nice that it was boarded with woods. It was nice to hear the birds in the morning and not traffic!!

Maybe have housekeeping stop in and see if you need anything instead of having to leave a door knocker!? They fall off the door, get lost, and who ever knows when housekeeping is coming by your room?! Got to be a better way to do this!?

The room was generally clean and the bed comfortable, however the carpet could use a professional cleaning. The bottom of my white socks got pretty dirty so I kept my slippers on after the first night. There is a vast channel selection for watching tv. I also like that there is a no smoking policy. I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Greenville, NC & the hallways and elevator often smelled like weed and the bathroom was not as nice.

The breakfast could be improved upon. Apples were the only fresh fruit available & my waffle that I made was a not fully cooked thoughout. The hot items remained the same daily, scrambled eggs and potatoes. The only thing that changed was either bacon or sausage. There was not much to choose from otherwise. No bagels or english muffins, & only 1 type of bread & no peanut butter. I did like that they had the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches available.

Amazing value! Soft sheets, cozy mattress and pillows, comfortable den area, plenty seating, electric and USB outlets in room. Two bottled waters in room. Lots of lighting options in room. In the lobby was iced lemon water to refresh on a hot, humid day. Everywhere I looked there were little thoughtful items that made me happy and screamed comfort!

Not sure this is doable in the heat of summer, but the indoor pool was like stepping into a sauna. It would have been nice to take a cool swim.

Breakfast was delicious and staff were very nice especially those at the front desk. Great attitude and helpful

Carpet looked like it needed shampooed and it was difficult using my key card. The pool still wasn’t heated and that was disappointing
