The Townhouses themselves are AWESOME!!! The outdoor pool was completely awesome and being able to stay in and cook saved us a lot!!! The layout was great and we have 5 in one house, 4 in another house and 3 in another house and no one was crowded at all.

OLD Furniture and Appliances. The Amenities in the houses are COMPLETELY DATED!! Our Oven would only get to about 275 Degrees so it was hard to cook some stuff. Also not every house had the same utensils so we have 3 town houses and it took pieces form all 3 to really make a complete meal!

Loved the 2 balconies and the entire place was clean and cozy. Loved the area as it was not too far from the main stores in New Bern. I give this place a 9 out of 10

DId not like the stiffness of the beds. Very hard. Did not like the out dated technology as the tv's were old and small. Shower head could use a update and cleaning.

Clean ,comfortable, nice view, quiet, good location.

Wifi password did not work, the TV in the living room was way to small to be enjoyable. There was a rip in the screen door an 2 of them windows that would let in bugs if used

Property was very nice. Bed was not that comfortable. I will be staying again because it was quiet and pleasant.

The garage was left open and I was there were bikes, but we were not given keys to unlock them for us to enjoy.

It was so peaceful, quiet, and clean

No restaurants.. Just 1 pizza shop that closes at 8pm. The main restaurants like fast food approx. 45 mins away. Full kitchen so just bring food to cook, wish we would have known that.

Lots of space, jacuzzi, screened room, another outside deck, 2.5 baths, 2 plus sleeping areas, full kitchen, living room and dining room. For the price, it doesn’t get any better than this! It was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I like everything about the place my own personal balcony in the master bedroom. Peace and quiet the scenery and everybody was nice and friendly people

Bed and pillows was too hard

Everything was great ..We were close to everything...The staff was amazing.

Could use more grills, not just one at the end of each road ...

Did not have the breakfast. Location was great.

When we checked in, we received the key from the box in the front of the office. On the envelope it instructed me to return to the office by 10am the next morning to finish checking in, (and that the key would not work after 10M). We went to the office and the lady in the office said that our key was good until our checkout time. She gave us some passes to the rec-center. WELL, when we returned back to our unit that night our key WOULD NOT WORK. On our check-in envelope it had a number for to call if we needed anything. WELL, that number was for a couple in another unit. They were able to provide us with a number to call. The man we spoke with sent security out to unlock the door. I don't know what happened, but we should have never been lock out. It was raining and we were very tired.

The view, the place we'll kept. So amazing. Beds sleeping restful, kitchen elegance with outdoor view on patio. Bring my whole family back in July. Rates may be higher but we'll work it out

Couldn't find silverware. Was in an odd place for a kitchen. Move the stir spoons and replace with silverware
