Breakfast was great. The location was very convenient.

I was charged by booking.com and then charged again by the property because booking.com failed to provide payment to the property. Now I am trying to receive a refund for being double charged for my 2-night stay.

Variety of breakfast options was great. The dining area was bright and roomy. The hostesses were friendly and helpful.

More lighting needed in the queen suite in the kitchen area.

cleanliness of one of the mattresses. while the mattress were very comfortable, great quality and comfort, one was slightly soiled.

My family and I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Very good and several options to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ms. Angela greeted us with a smile when we arrived and when we departed. Great experience!!

Our room could have been cleaned a litter better on the 3rd day. The only day we don't receive fresh sheets. Still pleased overall

I liked the location. Close to where we ate and shopped. Very clean and we had everything we needed in our room. ALL of the staff were excellent and answered any questions we had.

The staff were great. The hotel was very clean however the hallway was very hot. The air conditioner would not cool the hallways. Our room was very humid. I think our room would have been more comfortable if there had been a dehumidifier in it. It was so humid that our sandals were damp when we put them on in the morning and the bedding felt damp. Water had formed on the lid of my cup that I had on the desk overnight. The humidity was too much in the room.

The high humidity in the room caused our sandals to be wet. Sheets seemed to be damp due to the high humidity in the room. The hallway on our floor was very hot it appears the air conditioner was not working properly in the hallway for our floor

Bed and pillows so comfy. Breakfast very good. Loved the walking trail and museum.

Shower pressure a little low. Had to hold the handle down for awhile to make toilet flush.

They should have let booking.com know that they are fixing the roof and parking is limited. Also, one of the front desk employees was extremely rude.
