Breakfast was very good especially the coffee

The parking situation was bad as they only had 2 spaces for handicap people. My husband had knee surgery a few weeks ago & ready to have the other knee operated on shortly. The problem is that they are working on repaving the lot in the back. The one side of the parking lot is completely dark with no lights & we couldn't park there as we couldn't see walking to front of the hotel. I spoke directly to the GM the next morning & she apologized as she told us that they have been working on the update since November 24. I told her it was very dangerous & if he fell we would definitely be able to sue.

We stayed in a suite. Very nice and roomy. The bathroom was, as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower head strong. Room clean as was the rest of the hotel.

The only thing iffy was the surface of the tub. I was afraid I might fall if not careful. It wasn’t slippery but shaped oddly. Once I figured out how to manipulate it, I felt ok about it.

Wonderful staff from the registration by Mary at reception to the breakfast room personnel whose names I unfortunately did not get. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and great hot water. Located a few minutes down the road from downtown new bern access to its restaurants wad a snap.

Could have had a longer stay

We didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans. It looked appetizing and there were a variety of hot and cold items. The room was comfortable and clean. One outlet (lamp base) didn't seem to be working, but everything else we used was in good condition. The staff at front desk when we checked in and during the evening when we requested assistance were wonderful and as helpful as possible. We appreciate that so much!

Breakfast selection was amazing. Facility was very clean. Easy to check in and check out. Very accessible from the highway. Bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water. Parking was very easy.

The PTAC in the room clicked on and off a lot. The TV turned on and off a lot. That was it. Everything else was very good.

Room was clean and up to date. They had been renovating and had new furniture. The staff made me feel welcome.

The price was a little high. paid $230 for one night on a Tuesday. I thought that was high.

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing and so many choices, very well stocked!

My only complaint was the outside traffic noise/head lights coming in. We had a noise machine on and you could still hear so much outside traffic noise. The thicker curtains were not designed to shut so it was just see through white curtains so all the head lights from cars going on the overpass were coming into our room all night and bothering my kiddos.

The location was good. It was clean.

There was a mix up when we tried to get my digital key and the person at the desk tried to tell me I wasn't registered, but I had already checked in.

Breakfast was great, the chef did an amazing job.

Was not informed when we checked in that the pool would not be available.

Everyone was very friendly. The nice gentleman at the desk thanked me for being a Hilton member. Smooth check in..great breakfast. Clean room and the bed was so comfortable that I slept all night.
