The free breakfast was excellent. A variety of food choices and beverages were available. On-site parking availability was great.

The television was outdated for such an upscaled hotel. The TV guide and menu functions did not work. No channel lineup information was provided in the room. You had to scroll blindly to find a station.

Located in great location, near plenty of restaurants & fast food, shopping centers, and local historical places. Staff was friendly. Kaya checked us in and made the process very easy and simple. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Lots of room and plenty of amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Coffee was not hot.

The location is perfect for getting around New Bern, the staff was very attentive and friendly, Breakfast was the usual, but the breakfast attendant keep everything filled and areas were kept very clean. The tables were kept clean and staff actually "waited" on you by clearing your table.

There should be no smoking right ourside the door by guests!

The room was very roomy, large, and clean! The location was easy to find and to get to…the customer service was great! The lone kitchen staff on Sunday did amazingly well at replenishing the food items and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area, without any sign of stress!

Loud people loitering outside the front entrance and pool area Saturday and Sunday night. Slight mildew in the corner of shower in room 411.

seat at the desk is too small and too low - curtains by window would not close completely to keep the bright night light out shower floor needs cleaning ---was supposed to have a Queen size bed in the room but got two double beds---one of the beds sagged on one side-----no comfortable chairs to sit on

Press fist was pretty good, definitely serve the purpose. Location was perfect for friends we were visiting that lived nearby, shopping was also close by

Smelt a lot of of pot, in the halls and getting off elevators

Front desk and kitchen staff were very friendly our entire stay. The rooms were clean and soundproof, because we never heard any of my neighbors the whole visit. The pool was clean and stocked with towels and the breakfast was tasty and fulfilling.

The thermostat displayed higher temperature than the room felt. But the room did stay cool.
