We are usually hesitant to stay at Holiday Inn because we don't have the best experience...but we were so blown away! The room was so clean and spacious. It smelled so clean and fresh the moment you opened the door. We have a renewed faith in the Holiday Inn brand thanks to this location. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and clean.

I wish there were more than two towels. That was my only complaint...and I was too lazy to go get any more and I didn't want to bother the staff to bring me more. Would recommend putting at least three towels in each room.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom (tub area) could have been cleaner. Suggestion use magic eraser and dawn dish soap together will help clean jets and walls . Then use bleach ,rinse, then water mix to disinfect ,rinse. Hope that's helpful. I have been in the cleaning industry over 20 years. I have a few tips but .. Otherwise I was very comfortable.

A few tips in cleaning. Please Add instructions for jet tubs and breakfast times and ice machines loctions ,add local businesses inf area information in the rooms. Otherwise thank u for the good night sleep.

the property was clean and well taken care of. a few opportunities for cleaning but who is perfect.

Some of the staff. some were excellent others were not so pleasant to deal with. A few months prior a manager reached out and said to email her any arrangements needed for my wedding and never received a response… I also reached out to the corporate side and never received a response for a room block. major if my wedding party as well as wedding attendees stayed here and no acknowledgment was made. thank God for booking.com to make it possible to book. I am almost sure I will not use this brand again. though.

We liked the times of the hotel’s amenities. The continental breakfast on the weekend was until 10am.

When calling the hotel for over 30 minutes, we wanted to verify our arrival to the hotel. It would go to a voice mail recording that was full. Finally, a receptionist answered the phone. They were busy with calls, yet I think the front desk should have extra help and lines for morning/afternoon phone calls. If it was an emergency, contacting someone is so difficult!

The check in was fast and the attendant was pleasant. I was expecting the usual long check in procedure but she made it quick and easy. My only disappointment was I had reserved a handicap room for my husband and although it was one, it was on the 3rd floor. They are normally on the ground level so this was a huge challenge fir him to be able to negotiate a large wheelchair into the hallway exiting elevator. The same fir going in the room, he had to be taken from chair and carried in the room snd then collapse his chair just to get inside the room. He could not get into the bathroom either due to wall restrictions Other than the aforesaid, our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed ourselves.

Handicap access

It was a great location. The staff was amazing. I wanted to take the kids to the beach for spring break and this was a better price. they loved the room, free breakfast, and the pool. They really enjoyed our stay.

the only reason I gave it an 8 is because my key wasn’t working to get into the pool, never any towels at the pool. (but the staff would always get us towels and beat us to the door with a key (most times). they dryer didn’t work in guest laundry, staff offered to dry them for me. But there was a laundry mat right up the road, and we were leaving for dinner.

The staff member at the time was very friendly, respectful and professional. She explained the hotel’s features in detailed and was very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was also one of the great things we enjoyed while we stayed. We are very pleased.

Our room was changed from a King deluxe to a Queen without our knowledge until we checked in. At that time we were told there were no other options. At 2:30 in the morning we were startled awake by knocking on our door which occurred twice. Upon opening our door later, we discovered an Uber delivery from McDonalds. There should be a check point at front desk for any of this to occur. Poor breakfast selections.

The breakfast provided was very good with lots of choices given. The location was good as well.

The room seemed a little damp during our entire stay and never to seemed to feel rinsed off after showering! However we felt that perhaps the indoor pool was the cause of the dampness! Overall we were still more than pleased with our stay!

I liked it was spacious and clean. I like that I felt unwell and the staff comforted me. They were prompt on checking me out. The breakfast was okay , I did like there was good variety for food options
