No breakfast service at this hotel

The toilets are too low for the elderly. I asked the front desk if the handicap rooms had the taller toilets for elderly and handicap and was told no. The 17 inch height toilet should at least be standard for your handicap rooms. My mother struggled to sit and get up. The plus is that there was a bathtub handle bar in front of her that she could grab to assist in pulling herself up.

Stay was nice and comfortable and clean

Was there during tropical storm. When I came into the hotel no one told me the electricity was out and my daughter and I went on the elevator. The front desk should have told us. Also they are renovating so on Sunday before 8am I could hear power tools being used. Thought that could have waited until later in the morning

I know the dishes are probably cleaned by the prior guests. I just think housekeeping should check. Every dish we pulled out was dirty even the silverware

Breakfast area was clean, food was good, liked having sausage and eggs, also cook was friendly and she made sure enough to eat and helped us if we needed help. Liked free washer and dryer use! Liked having enough pillows to sleep with, we are older and needed. We didn't have a need for this trip, but having items to purchase for extended stay and games to play was a nice perk. Liked the dog area with plenty of poop pick up items. All of staff members were friendly and helpful!!

I liked all about this hotel. Only have a suggestion, that would be a helpful would be a comment list for 1st timers, especially if staying a while. If there is one, I didnt see it and disregard my comment. For instance, that there is a free washer & dryer or what to do with food garbage if still in room during room cleaning.

It had a full kitchen, and it was super close to where my husband and I visited.

I didn't like that it didn't have a full length mirror.

I like the remodel of the room, very well done. I like the cleanliness of the entire room. The bed was absolute comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great location. Very friendly staff

Everything. Super clean. The staff is very kind. No complaints. Plan to stay there again next summer, but longer. Close to everything.

When the housekeeping banged on the door at 9am when checkout is at noon. Even though I had the do not disturb sign up.
