It was clean and the people was nice. Bed was comfy. The best part was the guy who made our breakfast. He was the nicest guy ever and so friendly. Made us smile every morning! Can't wait to come back and see him again next year.

The elevator. It made noises, and the floor had a little hole. But nothing major.

The breakfast was good. The location was close to everything. It was easy to get around, or walk. Our room that we got moved to was nicer than the one we booked.

Our 1st room, the air didn't work. We moved to a different room, but it was a hassle after already getting unpacked in the 1st room. The 2nd room was worth it.

Only problem was the extremely noisy screeching sound coming from elevator when door opened and closed. Very disconcerting and noisy to guest rooms nearby. Was told it’s been like that for a very long time! Should be fixed!!

The room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The elevator sounded loud when waiting for it to travel up and down, a little slow, as there were many people to get on and off. Several people got tired of waiting and took the stairs.

I very much enjoyed this location, was the nicest Hampton I have been to over the years. Clean, well stocked breakfast bar for the kiddos, overall a great experience.

Breakfast was delicious with so many options. Breakfast staff were incredibly nice and kept all items stocked and were constantly cleaning. Very good!

As an older traveler, would appreciate comfort toilets in the bathrooms.

Booking.com registered as 4 adults 3 kids. I registered us as 2 adults. I didn't ask for any special rooms, but somehow it requested a disability room. I apologized to the staff for the misinformation.

The location is away from the touristy business but a short drive away from places & activities. This is the FIRST time I have ever walked barefoot on hotel carpet because the room (& facility) looked and smelled so clean. I also don’t typically use the comforter on the bed, but did this trip because it was so clean. The hot breakfast was great! The first morning there was scrambled eggs with fixings (shredded cheese, salsa, etc.), bacon, home fry potatoes, & the typical carb options (waffle maker, toast, bagels, pastries, grits, oatmeal, cereal, etc). The second morning, the protein options were egg white frittatas, maple smoked sausage, and bacon. Thank you for the excellent stay! My husband & I will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!!

The elevator made an odd noise when it opened and closed, but at least we didn’t get stuck in it! 😅

Location was great! Breakfast was excellent, staff super friendly.

Stated on room 413 in back to the elevator, There was a boom sound every time the elevator was moving.

The staff was very welcoming. The hotel provided lemon infused water, coffee and fruit in the lobby. I especially liked the staff that served breakfast. They were charming. The room was huge and very clean.

Because I booked at the last minute the price was triple what it was a month previous.
