The room was newer looking and very clean. The staff except for checking out were all very friendly and helpful. The check out staff were confused and couldn't give me any paperwork but, they were fine maybe just not trained. I don't know. The beach was clean just the wrong time of the year togo. No one's fault. The breakfast they offered was exceptional! I loved the fresh fruit option and infused water and not just the same old breakfast options normally offered at hotels. Very close to the beach!

Like I said make sure you check the weather! We went during spring break and it was too cold to get in the water. We went at the end of March. Also the rain and wind were crazy cold. No ones fault just the good old weather. Also since it was prior to Easter alot of places were not open yet for the season

Cleanliness, fresh linens, decor, and color choices, layout of the room because it had a separate sitting area, excellent working AC unit, comfortable bed, fantastic shower space

The room only had one mirror in the bathroom, no grab bar in the shower, and only two towel hooks. Could've used another mirror in another room and more places to hang up wet towels. The courtesy bottles of body wash, lotion, and shampoo were very small.

The hotel was remarkably clean. The staff took excellent care of us there, and went wayyyy above and beyond our expectations. The suite was very well laid out and spacious and the fact that it was a smaller hotel was nice. I dont think I could of found anything negative to say about this place if I tried. This is going to be our hotel for now on when we visit Emerald Isle.

we liked how new the hotel was and how large the room felt. the staff was friendly. breakfast was solid and included pastries, bagels, refrigerated foods that could be microwaved. the pool was clean. the hotel is located close to the beach, water park, and shopping center. ice machine worked well.

the walls were thin. we could hear our neighbors. the materials chosen to build the hotel seemed cheap. it didn't have much character, but as a place to sleep it was fine.

Short drive to the public access. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. It was very quiet in a very safe area. The A/C was very cold and everything was very clean.

I wish the breakfast had some kind of meat- bacon or sausage. The pool was small and we didn’t know where to get pool towels.

Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Room was well insulated against noise. Nice sitting rooom.

TV guide did not match actual channels on the TVs. TV in the sitting room didn't work at first and had to be fixed.

The small hotel and thick walls meant we rarely ever saw anyone or heard anyone. The rooms were nice and the beds were big. The pool was nice.

The internet was very hit or miss, honestly. Most days, it was good, but sometimes it would just cut out for what seemed like an hour, forcing me to go to my plans on the internet. at the end, on the very last day of stay, the elevators went out, which sucked

It was ok. The yogurt and fresh fruit was delicious! Enjoyed the OJ and hot cocoa since we aren't coffee drinkers.

One improvement would be to add these items for breakfast: Hard boiled eggs, bananas, and small containers of jam and peanut butter for bread/toast.

The staff was welcoming, friendly and always seemed to be doing whatever they could to keep the hotel spotlessly clean and to make sure the guests were comfortable. Mary was excellent! :)

The mini suite was comfortable. The bathroom was large with good showers. The bed was super comfortable. The other guests were quiet consisting of families and adults. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
