The location is great, so close to the ocean, yet also conveniently near businesses. The desk Clerk who was working when I checked in really went out of her way to make sure that all my questions about the facility and where things were located were answered.

It took me a while to find the laundry facility and once I did, I realized that one washer and one dryer were not going to be enough for what I needed to wash. Still, this place seems to have everything you would need for a several days stay near the ocean in a good spot on the Carolina coast.

The location was great! I love the hammocks. There was a place to sit just outside the door. The pool area has cabanas. The pizza place next door, Kostas, is in walking distance and has great pizza. There is a coffee shop in walking distance.

The floors are disgusting. The maids just use a swiffer. They are completely black. My feet kept turning black. I tried putting on socks, and my socks turned black. The bathrooms are so tiny that it was hard to put on a bathing suit in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this location multiple times a year for 4 years. It’s my favorite place on Emerald Isle. Stayed there so much I ended up buying a park model in the RV park next door. I love the Islander. The rooms are clean and always great. Spacious and multiple TVs. Coffee all day long. Friendly staff. Great pool. Such a short walk to the beach. Multiple shower spots once you leave and spigots outside the rooms for more cleaning off. Comfortable beds, rentable bikes and great info for more fun things to do on Emerald Isle and the surrounding beaches. I would continue to stay there for years if I didn’t buy my own place. Mini-fridge and freezer, nice sized bathroom and shower and sink area outside the bathroom. I’ve just always loved the stay. I’m going to miss that place! Literally across the street from food lion, Publix, Ace Hardware, movie theater, shopping center and sooo many good restaurants. I will forever talk this place up!

The only thing I’ve ever had to say negative about this place is they don’t have enough hooks in the rooms if you are with multiple people, but that’s so minute.

The staff were all very friendly and responsive if we had any issues (the keys kept losing programming but they fixed that after a few tries). It was very nice to have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, even if it was a little weak (it's complimentary so I wasn't going to complain). The location is perfect, we had close beach access and were still able to walk to the stores /restaurants that were less than a mile away. The beds were quite comfortable, we thought they might be too soft but had no trouble sleeping and didn't wake up sore so they were perfect.

The bathroom was a little small, which wouldn't have been a major problem except there was nowhere to safely put your clothes as the toilet seat had no cover. And the towels were a little narrow, a feature I've found most hotels near a beach have to discourage people from bringing them down to the beach, but because of that you couldn't just come out into the room with just that because it doesn't cover up much. So privacy to change is either in the tiny bathroom hoping you don't drop your clothes in the toilet or asking everyone to leave so that you can dress.

I didn’t like that booking advertised pay at the property and they charged me before I got there. when I called to inquire about this- I was met with a rude employee. they also advertised a private beach access which was not private- it was public

Loved the pool 9ft deep and the cabanas were a nice way to escape the sun. We stayed in the new front portion of the property. Our room had an amazing view! Price was reasonable. staff was friendly. The only complaint was the super bright led lights in the center of the balcony. There is no switch to turn it off. Think it took away from the magic in the sky above. Water pressure in the shower was lacking, but the island, in general, is notorious for low water pressure. Overall, I felt it was a it was a great visit

Close to beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

A little out dated, the tv remotes were confusing. Two TV’s were in the room. The remotes would change not only the tv I was watching but the other tv in the sofa are at the same time. It seems the partition between the two rooms didn’t buffer the remotes signals. Remotes and programming were not easy on the TV’s. I have never seen remotes like these before and I am very tech savvy.

Comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the beautifully kept grounds, and a view through palm fronds to the Atlantic Ocean. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. A cousin who lives nearby came over to enjoy a snacky "girl dinner" with me and it was easy to get a parking permit for her during the time that she visited. Comfy bed and great shower. I made a cappuccino to enjoy on the balcony the next morning, while writing out a shopping list of ingredients to cook dinner for friends in Beaufort the next day.

I liked that your place is pet friendly so my son could bring his dog with him and that it was spacious and close to get to the beach w/o having to carry things too far. I liked our table and chairs.

Would've liked a rm that faced the beach but again was ok. Wish we had a "sitting chair" in the rm along with the table. Our fridge didn't get as cool as we were thinking but it did work and the freezer did ok.

Location was great! Just a short walk to the beach.

The bed wasn’t as comfy as I’m use to or would have liked, and my husband ended up with lower back pain from it. He dealt with it our entire trip and was fine after a night a home. I booked a balcony and while it was a nice balcony, my only views were a building and some palm trees. That was super disappointing as we love to sit for awhile on the balcony and read and take in the sites
