Everything. We love Beaufort Hotel. The facilities, staff, comfort, cleanliness. Everything is perfect. The staff have great synergy. We look forward to our vacation here every year. The aesthetic is on point. So many good vibes. Grounds are picturesque. Hailey, Erica, and the rest of the front desk staff are extraordinary. Hailey has been here since we first came years ago and really left a great impression along with Erica. We look forward to seeing them each year. They help make Beaufort Hotel a reliable and friendly place to stay. Valet is on point. Today, when checking out, they saw me approaching my car in the loading zone and unlocked it for me. All staff are on point and keep up with things I dont even think of. You feel taken care of 100%. The room is CLEAN always. (Thank you Philly and rest of wonderful staff). The bathroom and room are spacious, clean and comfy. Quality furnishings and products. Beds are extremely clean and comfortable. Smells fresh and clean everywhere. Balconies are nice to have. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Love the style. 34° North is on site and has fresh quality breakfast, brunch (Crab Cake Benedict 👌), lunch, dinner and bar bites. Never a bad stay.

Staying at the Beaufort Hotel is pure luxury. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with really comfy beds. The restaurant is fabulous and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The waterfront views are really lovely and so enjoyable to relax and enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

The only negative was that my room description indicated an “urban view” which I figured would be of the surrounding area. It unfortunately was a view of the back valet parking lot and the AC units and trash area! Not really urban and so for the price I was a little disappointed with the view. Fortunately the room and the hotel itself made up for the bad view.

Room was roomy and nice.

I thought valet parking option was a rip-off, especially since self-park requires 2-block walk back to the hotel. We didn't stay for breakfast as serving didn't start until 8:00 AM and we needed to depart by 8:00 AM. Your desk agents need more training on credit card processing: upon arrival, the agent told me that she couldn't get my AMEX card to process and asked for another card. In the morning during check-out, I asked another agent to try to process the AMEX card again. She tried, and said all was well and the room would be charged to AMEX. Now the charge has appeared on the alternate card.

The location can't be beat, right on the water, with large verandas and walking areas. Beautiful views of sunsets and boats and the Rachel Carson Preserve. The Rooms are nice, modern with a nautical touch, and the bed was very comfortable. Single serve coffee and refrigerator in the room. Nice bathroom with a designer touch! Large shower and lit mirror, but with more style than you usually see in nice hotels. The Restaurant, 34 North, was fantastic. Bartenders were friendly, and there is a free shuttle service to take you downtown, which was great. Overall, very enjoyable and a great stay!

They advertised that they have daily maid service ~ which is something you don't see often since Covid. However all they did was a cursory make up of the bed. A used, half drunk coffee cup was still on the nightstand, garbage was not emptied, towels were not replenish or refolded. All this is fine if you're not expecting maid service, but don't advertise it if it's not going to be done completely. I want to emphasize that this did not detract from our overall experience, but it's something to be noted.

We truly loved this hotel, which is in a quiet location, just 2 miles outside of Downtown Beaufort. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very quiet. We enjoyed a great dinner at the excellent restaurant onsite, great staff from host desk to waiter. We also enjoyed our drinks at the bar, truly top-notch! And throughout our stay, the valet staff was fantastic - very friendly, professional, and fast (a system via text makes it easy to communicate with the valet staff and ask for the car to be brought to the front when needed). All in all - we absolutely loved our stay here, and we will 100% return.

Bar tenders and food were amazing, we always love spending the night hanging out having a few drinks and eating a yummy dinner. Chris, Robin and Kevin are amazing bar tenders and are always so much fun to spend time with and they make really great drinks! The atmosphere of the hotel is coastal calm, it never feels over crowded and the rooms are so beautiful! We have been coming to the Beaufort Hotel for years now and love the experience every time!

It would have been nice to get a higher floor as requested before check in, however we understand these things are not guaranteed.

Nice location. Warm welcome. Friendly bar. Restaurant food was good for dinner, as was the breakfast. The housekeepers were delightful. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms modern, clean and with a big shower area. No bath. Short driving distance to town, shops and restaurants.

Although the menu was good and diverse, even if you ask if something is spicy and they say no, invariably the chef cannot resist to add hot spice to most dishes. Even when we asked for a traditional eggs benedict, the sauce was so spicy my husband had to return it. To be honest, several of the local restaurants did the same thing. Difficult when your stomach can't tolerate hot spices. The mattress was soft, which is not our preference. If you sat on the edge of the bed you would slide off.

Loved the location and scenery. Hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly. Beautiful place and very pleasant stay over all!!

PARKING! There is no “on site” parking unless you utilize the valet for an extra charge. The only “on site” parking is an overflow lot about 3 city blocks away from the hotel. Not a great distance, until you are trying to load and unload all of your belongings along with 3 children and all of their belongings. Not an easy thing to do, conveniently. Happy that there is free parking, but it is very inconvenient. Especially when my father in law, who also was traveling with us, has limited mobility/is handicapped. That’s my one complaint of our stay. Everything else was a 10!

The swimming pool was a bonus. It was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed drinks on the huge deck on the sound. The staff was overwhelmingly helpful and uplifting. If I go back to Beaufort I will definitely stay there.

The parking situation was a small issue. They offered valet parking or parking in a lot a block away.

Size of room, cleanliness of room, comfortable beds, restaurant, our shuttle driver (can’t remember this hotel employee’s name but he was on original staff who opened hotel restaurant) was awesome and deserves a big shout out. Overall a good stay and overall a very pleasant staff, but didn’t meet our expectations.

Shower leaked, room safe didn’t work, amount of time it took front desk to get me additional towels to mop up floor where shower leaked (and lack of concern from front desk attendant). View from room, guest parking is ridiculously far away from room, fire pit outside didn’t work. Price we paid was not a good value for what we received.
