The staff at the front desk was one of the nicest, polites people over ever met. She honestly made our night brighter work her personality. To top it off she was working on her birthday with that smile. It in the areas again we will be staying here again. The rooms were clean, comfortable, etc.

The walls could be a bit thicker... LOL the noise from the room next to us was heard. But not bad enough to really complain about. But did wake me up a few times. But I'd still stay here again.

The staff was amazing! They were very very friendly and helpful. Roman is a rockstar manager!

Our whole stay the building had a broccoli/cabbage smell. It hit us as soon as we walked in the lobby and you could smell throughout the whole hotel. I thought maybe someone cooked something, but it lasted until we left 2 days later and I also heard other guests commenting about it. Also our room was right by garbage drop-off room, if I stayed again I would request to be further away from it. All in all a good stay :) The reasons I listed are the only reasons it wasn't a perfect stay.

Staff excellent job .full kitchen felt like having an small apartment.

Saw a few insects most people would probably be highly upset I'm not I understand insects have to live also and sometimes insects want to live in different places where us humans prefer now to see them .

We love everything about extended stay america, they are so awesome, friendly and always have a smile, they make you feel like you are family, I would recommend staying here over any of the hotels in jacksonville, you will not regret it, the best place we have stayed in years,,to all the staff. YALL ROCK!!!!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS , MIKE AND TERESA

I love that it’s not on the strip, but right next to it. It’s a comfortable place to be. It’s inexpensive and the staff are absolutely amazing. I’m coming back in a couple weeks and I’m so excited to come back here.

The breakfast situation was weird to me at first, but there’s breakfast down the road so it didn’t bother me at all :)

I loved the facilities and the staff was amazing. The central location and spacious parking was a huge bonus as well. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Not alot of negatives for me, a bigger table in the room maybe but overall nothing was bad.

One and only issue was that there were no blankets and I was a bit cold in the night.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had asked for a room close to the elevator as I have trouble walking and they accommodated my request. Very pleasant stay.
