Everything about this facility is amazing. The front staff were so friendly, the rooms were amazingly clean, smelled good and very quiet. A/c did its Thang! The complimentary breakfast was awesome each and every morning and the staff who ran it were very prompt and delightful. I don't stay anywhere else then holiday Inn express because they never disappoint! Well worth the money we paid for.

Nice variety at breakfast, food was good and coffee is available all day as well as complimentary bottled water. The rooms are nicely equipped with good products in the bathrooms. Very clean. The area has may options for dining and shopping.

Booking.com needs to post updated pictures of this hotel, as there are none available and it says "opening soon"...it's open and very nice! The pool, the breakfast, the rooms and entrance are great.

This new hotel was so bice to stay in. Everything was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Wish I had that mattress at home. The breakfast area was well stocked with good choices and the attendant was willing to help in anyway. This hotel is also a perfect location if visiting Camp Lejeune. Not to mention the area had many good restaurants and shopping areas.

To be honest, our stay was perfect and as long as our Grandson is stationed nearby we will be back for sure.

This was our 2nd time at this location. The staff are always amazing, very clean, comfortable and the location is perfect for all directions. We will continue to return as our son will soon be permanently stationed at Camp Lejune , and we will always return to this hotel.

Recently we stayed at a Holiday Inn along I95 in the Town of Benson and the hotel service and quality and physical layout was almost the same the same, making the stay seamless and with unanticipated worries.

What's not to like, you get the quality you expect.

The newness...the layout...cleanliness...bed was great but they need different pillows....lighting was good and so was the blackout shades...ample drawer and closet space...overall. The gym was adequate and the breakfast was good.

It took too long to get the internet to keep from timing out. The Manager finally learned how to access the room internet, but that was after 3 days of me bothering the front desk staff. I was here in mid May and thought that the pool would have been opened by late July, but it's still CLOSED!

Overall the facility was excellent. Staff went out of their way to accommodate any issues. Breakfast was excellent.

The only comment would to begin breakfast at 6am instead of 7am. Just because it is Sunday some folks need to hit the road early. The extra hour would benefit many.

I want to give thank you to Jesse we arrive to the hotel she was so nice and take care of us and help me to print out some paperwork before she clock out I recommended this hotel everybody was really nice.

Liked the cleanliness and expansiveness of the room. Staff was accommodating and access to main thoroughfares and retail establishments was good.

Could hear some noise from other rooms at times after hours; but that wasn't too intrusive, however.

I love how my room was so spacious! I love the bathroom mirror and the big mirror inside the room. I also loved how the room had a lot of lighting.

There was only one elevator. The shower could have been more clean. And the breakfast was awful.
