The breakfast selection was good. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It is conveniently located in the middle of almost everything. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean. Can't smoke inside, but they do have smoking sections outside. I would definitely stay again

The type of room I paid for was not available until my second night of stay. So I had to switch rooms. There were water bugs that got in the room somehow on my last night of stay.

The staff were super nice, patient, friendly, and welcoming. The room was really nice sized and clean. For the most part, absolutely everything was just right. Definitely considering returning whenever the opportunity comes to visit again.

The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. Noticed that some residue remained after ice melted from getting ice from the machine so, it was opted to get ice from the first floor instead since that seemed more clean. The floor in front of the air conditioner was often soaked wet. Couldn’t tell if it was from the AC unit or the stain on the ceiling that was noticed. The people at the front desk were notified about the wet floor after first noticed.

Fairly central location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Staff checked daily to offer room service. Although not used, they provided laundry and fitness room.

Hidden fees. I was charged more than what was stated as the TOTAL cost in my confirmation. They explained that the excess was for taxes but this should have been stated in the confirmation or declared upfront at the time of check in. Nonetheless it was good value.

The property was well maintained, bright and smelled good. I don't know why we never waited for an elevator more than 30 seconds even with others in it 😁. The pool area was plain but my grandson enjoyed the water. We WOULD stay again, probably in November.

The pool area was boring. My husband and I hoped for an area with ambience to sit and have couple time. That is the only thing I did not like and that was such a minor thing.

Cleanliness was excellent. The hot breakfast was well stocked with good choices.nand dinner area was very clean and inviting. The view outside the dining area was clean and very nice to look at while you enjoyed the meal.

I can't think of anything wrong. For my personal need, at my age, the bathtub was a little difficult to enter and leave. I will inquire at my next booking if perhaps a room is available with a walk-in shower. A higher commode would have been better. Handicap height.

I liked the breakfast.

I didn’t like how I made notes on my stay to be facing pool view and when inquired I was told the pool isn’t open and if I want to look at something, I was sure to see action out my window in parking lot. It was a simple request I thought. I also found a couple hairs in my tub, I called front desk twice to ask about channel lineup and a/c but got no answer each time that night, nor was I called back.

On Friday May 31st,the cleaning staff left our door unlocked and ajar. It was that way for several hours. We did not discover it,,until we returned that evening . We were not happy with that at all. We had no valuables,however, that was not the point. They also left us no bath mat, no kleenexs,and they never emptied either trash cans. they did however,take my $5.00 tip each day. They really dropped the ball. This was our first time staying there ,

Very friendly and helpful front desk that had good attitude. Lobby area was very welcoming and comfortable Breakfast was exceptional with a wide selection of breads, waffles, hot dishes, fruit, cereal, and drinks. The dining area was clean and well arranged. Especially grateful for the one high chair that I could put my baby in. Also loved the hot drinks available through the day, such as chamomile tea for night-time. Pool was also open. Decent size and clean.

Staff was great!! Brittany checked us in and gave great dinner advice (Cajun fish!!) Everyone friendly and efficient. Excellent location, close to lots of things, some walkable. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Pool is small but clean and cozy.

It's a little dated and needs a bit of refreshing for rooms. Paint, etc. Daughter found a LARGE bug in their room, came thru unsecured sprinkler head.

The breakfast was ok. Location was great!!

Our bathroom flooded from the bathroom above us the first night we stayed, but we were switched to a suite for the rest of our stay!
