the staff treated me and my guest extremely well, though i dont like using room service they offered it plenty and made sure i knew it was a option. staff was available late at night and was very polite, the room itself was cozy and warm.

the towels were too small,i had to bring my own or use several. the tv when connected to another device has a constant banner saying its hdmi and bragging its about 5" by maybe 8" and ruined alot of movies and shows i watched

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. From the minute we walked in until our checkout. The room was large and comfortable. Traveling to take my Marine to his reserve station and having another teenage boy with me, the room size mattered. The 3 of us were very comfortable and not crowded in the room. Full size refrigerator was a plus, hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry basket, kitchen sink, this place was great. If I'm ever in the area again it will be my go to place to stay.

It's not something to hold against the property as they couldn't control the issue, when I did address it, they told me the people were checking out that day. We were on the 1st floor and the people above us sounded like a whole circus. Running, stomping, jumping off the beds, just being totally disruptive and showing no concern for other guest. With all the rules in hotels, maybe children should be on the 1st floor lol.

The room was very nice, good price and I liked the 24 hour coffee. Would stay there again.

I didn’t like that the tub/shower didn’t have one bar to hold on to. The tub bottom got slippery and there was nothing to hold on to if you slipped. I don’t need an Ada room but there should be something. My husband thought the room smelled like wet dog.

The location is fantastic, less than 10 minutes away from most places for coffee and shopping! The room was very nice and comfortable, felt like home more than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend for a little weekend getaway or even for a weeks worth

I love that it is always clean.

I don’t like that the water is not real hot. I also didn’t like that I was in the room near the gazebo because I could hear the people outside at night and I have to work the next day. As well as being right beside the stairs. So far two rooms I already been in I don’t want those rooms again.

Very quiet and clean. Location on main strip. Staff and other guests very friendly.

The ELEVATOR only worked first 2 days and we stayed 7 & were on 3rd floor. Still out of service when we left. Understand new hotel but a little disappointing.

The hotel is in a very nice location. I have stayed here twice now on two separate occasions and it exceeds my expectations every single time. The bathrooms are always spotless, the room itself is as clean as can be, and there is plenty of room to set your belongings.

Location to my son’s home. (0.2 mi). Nice large room. Great a/c. Very comfortable beds.

Sound proof needed in rooms with connecting doors. People in the connecting room were very loud most of the night. They kept my daughter up most of the night. And we had a 9 1/2 hour drive to get home. ☹️

The room was clean, staff were helpful, and we were able to get our room switched to one with a recliner at the last minute. My bed was so comfortable that I looked forward to it at the end of a long day.

There was a serious problem with booking and Rusty took care of it in professional manner. The room was very clean and staff was friendly. My hat is of to this motel.

They need more than one roll in shower room.
