The hotel is older but it's a tucked away hidden gem. We wanted a nice evening with our daughter at a hotel with a pool and the hotel had to be pet friendly. This hotel was perfect for us. It's a little dated but it's lay out was perfect, the staff was awesome and the pool was fantastic. It is a very warm pool which was surprising (think almost the same temp as the hot tub). The 9ft deep end was awesome, it was nice to have a deeper end instead a full shallow or 5 ft pool. The front desk person we had check us in, i think his name was Tyler. He was fantastic and recommended a restaurant down the street called Speedway which we went to for dinner. It was awesome! The lounge was great and so was the bartender. We had a great time getting to know some other folks that were there for the night.

The pool was a little too warm, don't get me wrong we loved the pool and will be back but it was almost the same temp as the hot tub and you turned into a prune within about 10 mins. If it was 10 degrees colder in the pool it would have been perfect! Breakfast was just so so, addition of fresh fruit or something would have been nice. But it was adequate for what we needed. The gentleman working the breakfast station was very attentive to it and was always topping things up.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool right outside our room.

The outside grounds were dirty. The residents left trash and cigarette butts everywhere and no one was cleaning it up. Outside doors that we used to enter to our hallway from outside was filthy and needed fresh paint, the windows needed to be cleaned. Rock was used to keep door unlocked, anyone could enter. Not secure. Stairs and entryway leading to rooms were muddy and didn’t look like anyone had cleaned out there for quite some time.

one staff member didn't hear me say hello as I approached the front desk, I waited for her to look up from the computer, and she said to me in a disturbed tone, that I should have said something

Friendly helpful staff. My room, upon request, was very pleasant and quiet: away from the pool, highway and on the top floor. Large Kingsize bed and full amenities. I came back for a second night on my return trip.

Make sure to ask for something quiet if needed: away from the pool and highway, on the top floor.

The location was right on the way. There was a lounge and could get food without going out again or ordering in.

When checking out online we were asked for a tip. First time ever. I am frustrated with the increased trend of businesses expecting the customers to pay their staff.

Stayed for 2 nights visiting with family was awesome, very clean staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was very good as well. The swimming pool was clean and warm water. Most hotels don't have it. We will definitely be staying there more often

Amazing exceeded all my expectations. Breakfast is amazing, like a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent

doors to outside don't lock, was given key to room other ppl already occupied, staff at bar said my 14 & 15 year old couldn't be in the bar playing pool or at all while there was another child that was in the bar the entire time w were there. although these things happened still a great stay at

The main reason we went to the motel was to swim. The pool area was great. There was a kiddy pool, and the hot tub was connected to the pool so the water was really warm.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Breakfast was adequate. Wish there had been some fruit & yogurt to make a more nutritional meal. The front staff were sooo helpful, pleasant & deserve a raise. Bed was very comfortable.

There was an issue with lack of cold water just prior to our departure but staff was going to look into it.
